一、依據114年6月20日原民教字第11400286471號令修正之「原住民族委員會獎助大專校院原住民學生實施要點」辦理。
二、大專校院辦理獎助學金審查,應召開審查會議,並作成審查會議紀錄備查。前項獎助學金審查,應以前一學期班級排名換算百分比排序擇優核發獎助學金。

《獎學金》:獎學金入帳時間需待原民會完成撥款後,學校才會進行後續撥款作業,屆時會再另行通知同學。
《助學金》:依「原住民族委員會大專校院原住民學生獎助學金實施要點」第六點規定,獲得助學金之同學,應協助校務服務或參與經學校同意之部落服務,累計完成 24 小時服務學習時數後,始得支領助學金。
1、請於115.08.31前完成24小時服務學習時數。
2、相關履行方式及時數抵免方案,請參閱本校郵件通知之「114-2 原民會助學金履行 24 小時服務時數流程」,內含多項可抵免 24 小時服務時數之方案,請同學自行參考與申請。
3、有關前揭要點第六點所稱「經學校同意之部落服務」,本校於本獎助學金服務時數認列上,僅採認由本校辦理之部落服務活動。 I. This announcement is issued in accordance with the amended "Guidelines for the Granting of Scholarships and Financial Aid to Indigenous Students in Higher Education Institutions" under Order No. 11400286471 dated June 20, 2025, by the Council of Indigenous Peoples.
II. Higher education institutions conducting scholarship and financial aid reviews must convene a review meeting and prepare a meeting record for archival purposes. The allocation of scholarships and financial aid should be based on the percentage ranking derived from the previous semester is class performance, with priority given to the most outstanding candidates.
III.
**Scholarship**: The timing for the scholarship disbursement will be contingent upon the Council of Indigenous Peoples completing the funding allocation. The university will then proceed with the subsequent disbursement process, and students will be notified separately at that time.
**Financial Aid**: In accordance with Article 6 of the "Guidelines for the Granting of Scholarships and Financial Aid to Indigenous Students in Higher Education Institutions" by the Council of Indigenous Peoples, students who have received financial aid are required to assist with campus services or participate in tribal service activities approved by the university. Only after completing a cumulative total of 24 hours of service learning will the financial aid be disbursed.
1. Please complete 24 hours of service learning by August 31, 2026.
2. For details regarding the methods of fulfilling the service requirement and the credit hour exemption schemes, please refer to the "Process for Completing 24 Hours of Service Learning for Financial Aid under the 114-2 Guidelines" provided in the university is email notification. This document outlines various schemes that allow for the exemption of the 24-hour service requirement. Students are encouraged to review and apply for these schemes as appropriate.
3. Regarding the aforementioned Article 6, which refers to "tribal service activities approved by the university," the university will only recognize tribal service activities organized by the university itself for the purpose of crediting service hours for this scholarship and financial aid program.
