一、依據教育部青年發展署115年5月20日臺教青署參字第1150023890號函辦理。
二、為鼓勵青年學生妥善運用課餘時間，在校園社團領域中積極自我探索、多元體驗，新竹縣政府教育局辦理旨揭活動，邀請全國大專校院及高中職校在學學生參與，透過互動式、體驗式的課程，培養玩社團必備的「九大社團超能力」，提升個人自我認知並強化自信心，激發社團幹部潛能及特質。
三、活動資訊如下：
(一)時間：115年7月31日（星期五）上午9時至下午6時。
(二)地點：新竹縣體育場（新竹縣竹北市福興東路一段1號）。
(三)參加對象：全國大專校院及高中職校學生（社團成員優先），名額120人。
(四)報名方式：即日起至115年7月8日（星期三）止，網址：https://forms.gle/9CxShEqugJzGakQh8。
四、活動提供參與學員活動專屬T恤及背包；全程參與學生可獲得新竹縣政府教育局學習時數證明（8小時）。
**Announcement**
**I. Basis for Implementation**
This activity is conducted in accordance with the directive issued by the Youth Development Division of the Ministry of Education on May 20, 2026, under Reference No. 1150023890.
**II. Purpose of the Activity**
To encourage young students to make effective use of their spare time and actively explore and experience diverse opportunities within campus clubs, the Education Bureau of Hsinchu County is organizing this event. We invite students currently enrolled in universities, colleges, and senior high vocational schools nationwide to participate. Through interactive and experiential courses, participants will cultivate the essential "Nine Club Super Abilities" required for club activities, enhance self-awareness, strengthen self-confidence, and stimulate the potential and unique qualities of club leaders.
**III. Activity Information**
(1) **Date and Time:** July 31, 2026 (Friday), from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
(2) **Venue:** Hsinchu County Stadium (No. 1, Sec. 1, Fuxing East Rd., Zhubei City, Hsinchu County).
(3) **Participants:** Students from universities, colleges, and senior high vocational schools nationwide (club members are given priority), with a total capacity of 120 participants.
(4) **Registration:** From today until July 8, 2026 (Wednesday). Registration is available via the following link: https://forms.gle/9CxShEqugJzGakQh8.
**IV. Activity Benefits**
Participants will receive an exclusive T-shirt and backpack for the event. Students who attend the entire session will be awarded a certificate of learning hours (8 hours) by the Education Bureau of Hsinchu County.
