一、為鼓勵在學青年投身公益並關注社會議題，強化自我覺察能力，透過告別迷茫、勇敢追夢、熱血行動及發揮影響等主軸，啟發自我潛能，創造出自己的影響力，成為有行動力的青年。今年規劃舉辦兩場「Life Maker 人生創客大專青年營」活動。
二、辦理單位
(一)指導單位：教育部青年發展署。
(二)主辦單位：慈濟慈善事業基金會。
(三)承辦單位：慈濟大專青年聯誼會。
三、活動時間：
(一)臺北場：115年7月10日(星期五)至7月13日(星期一)，板橋靜思堂(新北市板橋區大觀路二段265巷15號)。
(二)臺中場：115年7月21日(星期五)至7月24日(星期一)，大里靜思堂(台中市大里區里科街66號)。
四、營隊報名說明：
(一)報名費用：全程免費(不含前往活動現場及賦歸之交通費用)；因本活動包含住宿、用餐等項目，故將收取500元保證金，並於全程參與結束後退還(敬請參閱活動簡章)。
(二)報名資格：大專院校在校生(35歲以下)、高三應屆畢業生。
(三)全程參與之學員，將由主辦單位頒發參與證明(含志工服務時數)。

**Announcement: Life Maker: University Youth Camp**
To encourage university students to engage in public service and pay attention to social issues, while enhancing their self-awareness, the camp is designed around the themes of overcoming uncertainty, pursuing dreams courageously, taking proactive actions, and creating influence. The aim is to inspire participants to unlock their potential, create their own impact, and become proactive young individuals. This year, two sessions of the "Life Maker: University Youth Camp" will be organized.
**Organizing Units:**
- **Guiding Unit:** Youth Development Division, Ministry of Education
- **Host:** Tzu Chi Foundation
- **Organizer:** Tzu Chi University Youth Association
**Event Dates:**
- **Taipei Session:** July 10 (Friday) to July 13 (Monday), 2026, at the Tzu Chi Hall in Banqiao (No. 15, Ln. 265, Da-Guan Rd., Banqiao District, New Taipei City)
- **Taichung Session:** July 21 (Friday) to July 24 (Monday), 2026, at the Tzu Chi Hall in Dali (No. 66, Li-Kuo St., Dali District, Taichung City)
**Registration Information:**
- **Registration Fee:** The entire event is free of charge (excluding transportation costs to and from the venue). A deposit of NT$500 will be collected due to the inclusion of accommodation and meals, and will be refunded upon full participation in the camp (please refer to the event guidelines for details).
- **Eligibility:** Current university students (under 35 years old) and senior high school graduates.
- **Certificate of Participation:** Participants who complete the entire camp will receive a certificate of participation, including volunteer service hours, from the host organization.
