一、 學生住宿依各處室系所簽陳辦理或下載表單經由相關單位簽核後申請暑假留宿，並依以下時間內完成：
1. 申請時間：115/6/1~115/6/5下午15時截止。
2. 繳費時間：至115/6/5下午17時前截止。
二、 暑期留宿申請資格：有115學年住宿床位者（或無床位經各處室系所簽陳者），除住宿記點超過60點不予同意申請。
三、 留宿申請及查詢方式：欲申請住宿者皆須按公告程序逐一完成。
申請：登錄學生資訊系統 → 學務處 → 住宿選單 → 學生住宿申請 → 住宿類別 → 上傳證明文件（行政師長上簽文件或活動申請學生留宿證明單） → 確認。
查詢：登錄學生資訊系統 → 學務處 → 住宿選單 → 住宿申請查詢 → 確認案件狀態。
四、 宿舍相關重要日期：
1. 114學年第二學期學生宿舍住宿截止時間：115/6/28中午12時止（未申請暑期留宿不得住宿）。
2. 114年度暑假留宿期間：115/6/28至115/9/4中午12時止。
3. 115學年第1學期學生宿舍開放舊生進住時間：115/9/4中午12時起開放。
五、 國考生注意事項：
1. 每人繳交清潔保證金2000元(併住宿費一起繳納)。退宿時檢查寢室合格及完成退宿手續始退費，未合格者或鑰匙未繳回者不予退費，並由總務處代請清潔公司人員整理。
2. 保證金待離宿檢查確認後再予以退還（退費時間預計於9月底前匯入提供本人之帳戶）。
六、 注意事項：
1. 申請暑假留宿者需配合宿舍之消毒、打掃及修繕作業，未能配合者將取消留宿資格，並不予退費。
2. 經專案申請通過者（含國考生）暑期留宿需集中住宿，留宿截止時間依實際簽核時間為主。
3. 逾時辦理留宿作業申請或繳納住宿費者，將取消原申請作業不再受理。若仍有住宿需求者，須提出專案申請並依宿舍規定予以記10點後，方能受理申請作業。
4. 未經申請通過或完成繳費者，擅自留宿者違規行為，除應補繳住宿費外，另依宿舍規定記點20點。若發現逃避點名者或未依規定繳納住宿費者，將專案進行簽核處分。
5. 選擇住宿請遵守規範，暑期留宿期間違規行為依辦法實施。
**Announcement Regarding Summer Residence Application for Students**
I. **Application Process for Summer Residence**
Students wishing to apply for summer residence must complete the application process by submitting the required forms either through the approval of relevant departments or by downloading the forms and obtaining necessary signatures. The application must be completed within the following timeframes:
1. Application Period: From June 1, 2026, to June 5, 2026, with submissions due by 3:00 PM.
2. Payment Deadline: Payments must be made by 5:00 PM on June 5, 2026.
II. **Eligibility for Summer Residence Application**
Eligibility for summer residence is granted to students who have a dormitory bed for the academic year 2025-2026 (or those without a bed who have obtained approval from relevant departments). Applications will not be accepted for students with a dormitory point record exceeding 60 points.
III. **Application and Inquiry Methods**
All applicants must follow the procedures outlined in the announcement to complete their application:
Application: Log in to the Student Information System → Student Affairs Office → Residence Menu → Residence Application → Residence Category → Upload Supporting Documents (signed documents from administrative staff or Summer Residence Application Form for Students) → Confirm.
Inquiry: Log in to the Student Information System → Student Affairs Office → Residence Menu → Residence Application Inquiry → Confirm Application Status.
IV. **Important Dates for Dormitory Operations**
1. Deadline for Residence Application for the Second Semester of Academic Year 2024-2025: June 28, 2026, at 12:00 PM. Students who do not apply for summer residence will not be allowed to reside in the dormitory.
2. Summer Residence Period for Academic Year 2024-2025: From June 28, 2026, to September 4, 2026, at 12:00 PM.
3. Opening of Dormitory for Returning Students for the First Semester of Academic Year 2025-2026: Starting from September 4, 2026, at 12:00 PM.
V. **Special Considerations for National Examination Candidates**
1. Each national examination candidate must pay a cleaning deposit of NT$2,000 (paid together with the residence fee). The deposit will be refunded only after the dormitory room is inspected and found to be in good condition, and all check-out procedures are completed. Failure to meet these conditions or not returning the keys will result in the forfeiture of the deposit, and the General Affairs Office will arrange for the room to be cleaned by a professional cleaning company.
2. The cleaning deposit will be refunded after the check-out inspection is confirmed. The refund is expected to be processed and deposited into the applicant's account by the end of September.
VI. **Important Notes**
1. Applicants for summer residence must cooperate with dormitory disinfection, cleaning, and maintenance activities. Failure to comply will result in the cancellation of residence eligibility and no refund of fees.
2. Summer residence for applicants approved under special circumstances (including national examination candidates) will be arranged in a centralized manner. The residence period will be determined based on the actual approval date.
3. Late applications or late payments for summer residence will not be accepted. If there is still a need for residence, a special application must be submitted, and the applicant will be subject to a 10-point penalty according to dormitory regulations before the application can be processed.
4. Students who reside in the dormitory without approval or without completing payment will be required to pay the residence fee and will be subject to a 20-point penalty according to dormitory regulations. Any student found evading roll calls or failing to pay the residence fee will be subject to special approval for disciplinary action.
