 主  旨  【註冊組公告】114學年度第二學期應屆畢業班課程總成績及畢業審核作業【Registration Office Announcement】The final grades for courses and graduation review procedures for the graduating class of the second semester of the 114 academic year.
 內  容 
一、114學年度第二學期應屆畢業班課程總成績送繳說明:
1.依大學法施行細則第23條:本法第二十六條第五項所定大學學分之計算,原則以授課滿十八小時為一學分。
2.114學年度第二學期應屆畢業班,即專科班專五、二年制(含進修學制)大二、四年制以上學制大四、大學部大四、學士後中醫五及醫學六等之課程總成績(輸入)送交時程為115年5月25日至6月5日止。
3.應屆畢業生修習非應屆畢業班課程,依行事曆訂定學期總成績(輸入)送交時程為115年6月22日至7月3日止。(畢業生不得要求授課老師提前送成績!)
校際選課之課程需依所屬學校規定,回傳本校後登入成績。
4.成績登(輸)入路俓:iCAN系統→課程功能→成績→總成績管理。

二、畢業審核作業說明:
1.114學年度第二學期應屆畢業班總成績送交截止日後,於115年6月8日至6月12日各學系進行應屆畢業班之畢業審核作業。
2.應屆畢業生修習非應屆畢業班課程,需待送交114學年度第二學期總成績截止日後,於7月6日進行畢業審核作業。

一、Explanation of the Submission Schedule for Final Course Grades for the Graduating Classes in the Second Semester of the 114 Academic Year:

1. According to Article 23 of the Detailed Rules for the Implementation of the University Act: The calculation of university credits shall generally be based on a minimum of eighteen hours of instruction per credit.

2. The schedule for submitting (inputting) final course grades for the graduating classes in the second semester of the 114 academic year, which includes the fifth year of the Associate Degree Program, the second year of the two-year Associate Degree Program (including part-time tracks), the fourth year of the four-year and above programs, the fourth year of the undergraduate program, the fifth year of the Post-Baccalaureate Traditional Chinese Medicine Program, and the sixth year of the Medical Program, is from May 25 to June 5, 2026.

3. For graduating students who have taken courses not designated for graduating classes, the schedule for submitting (inputting) final course grades is from June 22 to July 3, 2026. (Graduating students are not permitted to request instructors to submit grades earlier than the scheduled time!)

For cross-institutional course enrollments, grades must be submitted according to the regulations of the respective institutions and then entered into our system.

4. The procedure for entering (inputting) grades is as follows: iCAN system → Course Functions → Grades → Final Grade Management.

二、Explanation of Graduation Review Procedures:

1. After the deadline for submitting final course grades for the graduating classes in the second semester of the 114 academic year, each department will conduct graduation reviews for these classes from June 8 to June 12, 2026.

2. For graduating students who have taken courses not designated for graduating classes, graduation reviews will be conducted on July 6, 2026, following the deadline for submitting final course grades for the second semester of the 114 academic year.
