📍 活動資訊快筆記：
活動日期： 6 月 4 日（四）
登記與報到時間：09:30－15:00
拍照時間：10:00-16:00
活動地點：中央校區慈悲喜捨大廳
🎁 專屬禮物：免費拍貼券這裡領！
領取時間： 5/25（一）－ 5/29（五）
領取方式： 由學務處發放，每位參加畢業典禮的畢業生都可以獲得 「拍貼券」乙張 喔！
⚠️ 注意： 活動僅限 6/4 當天，逾時不補拍也不加印，記得提早領券！
🕒 想拍不想等？預約規則看過來：
線上預約： 6/1上午9點開放申請，名額有限，額滿為止！
準時報到： 預約成功的同學請於時段前 15 分鐘 到現場報到。
必帶證件： 記得帶 「身分證件」 供現場核對，沒帶或逾時報到就要重新排隊囉！
現場排隊： 沒預約到也別擔心，可依公告時段現場排隊登記。
📸 揪團拍攝小秘笈：
一張券拍一次： 每次可拍 2 個 POSE，獲得照片乙張。
多人同框最開心： 可以找好朋友一起拍，但 照片張數 = 投入的票券張數。
🙋♂️ 舉例： 4 位同學合照，想每人拿一張照片，就要同時使用 4 張拍貼券！
加印服務： 想要多留幾張？可用券兌換，或現場支付 每張 NT$ 50 元。
⚠️ 溫馨提醒： 請自備零錢，現場不找零；收費開票後無法更改或退費喔！
💸 沒有券也能拍嗎？ 沒問題！未持有免費券的朋友，每次拍攝收費 NT$ 50 元（含照片一張）。

📍 Event Information
Date: Thursday, June 4
Registration & Check-in: 9:30 AM – 3:00 PM
Photo Booth Hours: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Venue: Compassion, Gratitude, Joy, and Giving Hall, Central Campus
🎁 Exclusive Gift: Free Photo Booth Voucher
Voucher Collection Period: May 25 (Mon) – May 29 (Fri)
How to Collect:
The Office of Student Affairs will distribute one Photo Booth Voucher to each graduate attending the commencement ceremony.
⚠️ Please Note:
The voucher is valid only on June 4. Missed sessions and reprints will not be provided after the event, so be sure to collect your voucher in advance.
🕒 Want to Skip the Line? Make a Reservation!
Online Reservation
Reservations open at 9:00 AM on June 1. Spaces are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Check-in
Students with a reservation must check in 15 minutes before their scheduled time slot.
Required Identification
Please bring a valid photo ID for verification. Students who arrive late or fail to present identification will need to rejoin the queue.
Walk-in Registration
Didn it get a reservation? No worries! You may register on-site during the designated registration periods.
📸 Photo Booth Tips
One Voucher = One Photo Session
Each session includes 2 poses and 1 printed photo.
Group Photos Are More Fun!
You are welcome to take photos with friends. However, the number of photo prints received equals the number of vouchers used.
🙋♂️ Example:
If four students take a group photo and each wants a copy, a total of four vouchers must be used.
Additional Prints
Want extra copies? Additional prints may be redeemed with vouchers or purchased on-site for NT$50 per photo.
⚠️ Friendly Reminder:
Please prepare exact change. No change will be provided on-site. Once payment has been processed and a receipt issued, refunds or changes cannot be made.
No Voucher? No Problem!
Students without a free voucher may still participate. The fee is NT$50 per session, which includes one printed photo.
📢 Reminder:
Please follow staff instructions throughout the event so we can create wonderful graduation memories together. The organizer reserves the right to make final interpretations and adjustments to the event details.
