為便利學生申請戶籍謄本,本校將協助辦理統一申請作業,相關說明如下:
一、統計期間:115年05月25日至29月日,由各班總務股長彙整申請名單。
二、申請方式:
1. 可透過班級統一申請,須自行付費並領取戶籍謄本。
2. 吉安戶政事務所將派員至校協助辦理,當日現場亦可申請,但申請後需等待約1小時方可領取。
三、戶政到校時間與地點:
時間:115年06月16日(星期二)及06月17日(星期三)
時間:上午9時30分至下午16時00分(中午不休息)
地點:建國校區- B117
四、重要提醒:
1. 申請者請務必於吉安戶政事務所離校前領回戶籍謄本。
2. 因115學年度第一學期開學日為09月,故戶籍謄本需為06月以後申請者始符合使用規定。

To facilitate the application process for household registration certificates, the university will assist in handling unified applications. The relevant details are as follows:
1. **Application Period**: May 25 to May 29, 115. Each class treasurer will compile the list of applicants.
2. **Application Methods**:
- Applications can be submitted through the class, with applicants required to pay the fees and collect their household registration certificates.
- The Ji ian Household Registration Office will dispatch staff to the campus to assist with applications. On-site applications will also be accepted, but applicants will need to wait approximately one hour before collecting their certificates.
3. **Time and Location of Household Registration Office Visit**:
- **Date**: June 16 (Tuesday) and June 17 (Wednesday), 115.
- **Time**: 9:30 AM to 4:00 PM (no lunch break).
- **Location**: Jianguo Campus - Room B117.
4. **Important Reminders**:
- Applicants must collect their household registration certificates before the Ji ian Household Registration Office staff leave the campus.
- Since the first semester of the 115 academic year begins in September, household registration certificates must be applied for after June to comply with the regulations.
