一、依據花蓮縣警察局115年5月11日花警少字第1150023416號函轉內政部警政署115年5月8日警署刑防字第11500063531號函辦理。
二、內政部警政署與教育部於115年3月31日（星期二）召開第41次定期聯繫會議，會後決議鑒於暑假期間因管教密度較低、使用網路機會較高，復於114年查獲少年涉犯性影像犯罪比例較前一年提升，為加強防制，請本校各單位於暑期前加強宣導是類案件行為態樣及相關法規，加強學生自我保護意識，避免掉落求職打工及網路誘騙陷阱，另檢附相關資料如附件懶人包所示，請參考運用或是逕自內政部警政署全球資訊網／婦幼專區／懶人包查詢。

I. This notice is issued in accordance with the directive from the Hualien County Police Bureau, under reference number Hualien Police Juvenile Affairs No. 1150023416, dated May 11, 115, which was forwarded from the National Police Agency, under reference number National Police Agency Criminal Prevention No. 11500063531, dated May 8, 115.
II. On March 31, 115 (Tuesday), the National Police Agency and the Ministry of Education convened their 41st regular liaison meeting. Following the meeting, it was resolved that, given the lower level of supervision and increased opportunities for internet use during the summer vacation, and considering the rise in juvenile involvement in sexual image-related crimes as detected in 114 compared to the previous year, measures should be strengthened to prevent such incidents. Therefore, all units of this university are requested to enhance awareness campaigns regarding the nature of these cases and relevant regulations prior to the summer vacation. The aim is to strengthen students self-protection awareness and prevent them from falling into traps related to job hunting, part-time work, and online scams. Additionally, relevant materials are attached in the form of a summary guide for reference. These materials may also be accessed directly via the National Police Agency official website, under the Women and Children Protection Section, or through the summary guide section.
