一、為因應大專校院職涯輔導人員培訓需求，擺渡人生設計辦理「『O*PASS』解測培訓班」，並申請勞動部勞動力發展署iCAP認證中，期望協助校內培訓種子職涯輔導師資，以提升學生職涯輔導之效能。
二、課程內容：
(一)工具應用：完整擺渡O*PASS求職競爭力量表解測技術，可聚焦學生求職準備情形，進行診斷與促進。
(二)課程效益：快速掌握學生求職準備狀態，制定對應的課程，提升學生求職力。
(三)專業認證：完成培訓後，即可成為專業的「『O*PASS』解測人員」。
三、課程資訊：
(一)課程培訓方式：實體授課（含理論學習、筆試與實務演練）
(二)課程時間：
1、第一梯次預計2026年07月04日（六）開課，
2、第二梯次預計2026年08月11日（二）開課，詳細授課日期，請參閱課程簡章。
(三)課程對象：大專院校職涯輔導老師與職員、大專院校系上導師及教職人員。
(四)課程費用：原價12,000元/人，推廣期間符合上述課程對象者全額免費。
(五)課程人數：以20人為上限，每單位最多錄取2位學員。
四、課程報名方式與時程說明：
(一)一律採取線上報名。
(二)報名日期：即日起至2026年06月02日（二）12:00止。
(三)錄取結果通知：2026年06月10日（三），以電子郵件通知，請報名者留意個人電子信箱。

To address the training needs of career counselors in higher education institutions, the Career Development Center is organizing the "O*PASS Interpretation Training Program." We are currently applying for iCAP certification from the Ministry of Labor's Labor Development Agency. This program aims to cultivate seed career counselors within the university to enhance the effectiveness of student career guidance.
**Course Content:**
1. **Tool Application:** Comprehensive training in the interpretation techniques of the O*PASS Career Competitiveness Scale, enabling focused diagnosis and facilitation of students' job readiness.
2. **Course Benefits:** Quickly assess students' job readiness, develop targeted courses, and improve their employability.
3. **Professional Certification:** Upon completion of the training, participants will become certified "O*PASS Interpretation Specialists."
**Course Information:**
1. **Training Method:** In-person instruction (including theoretical learning, written exams, and practical exercises).
2. **Course Schedule:**
- The first session is scheduled to commence on July 4, 2026 (Saturday).
- The second session is scheduled to commence on August 11, 2026 (Tuesday). For detailed class dates, please refer to the course syllabus.
3. **Target Audience:** Career counselors and staff from higher education institutions, department advisors, and faculty members.
4. **Course Fee:** The original fee is NT$12,000 per participant. During the promotional period, participants who meet the criteria will receive the course at no cost.
5. **Class Size:** Limited to 20 participants, with a maximum of 2 trainees per institution.
