在大學校園裡,我們陪伴學生走過焦慮、迷惘與與轉折,也承接著許多未曾說出
口的情緒。壓力、煩躁、疲憊與委屈,壓抑住的感受有時像一層深色的顏色,
安靜卻厚重地覆蓋者。
本工作坊結合社會情緒學習(SEL)與刮畫創作,透過一筆一筆刮開黑色的過
程,邀請參與者慢慢看見自己的情緒風景。在安全且不被評評價的空間裡,練習
覺察、命名與安放情緒,為自己保留一份穩定,也為教育現場保留更多溫柔。

講師:陳煒諮商心理師/藝術治療師 Within the university campus, we accompany students through anxiety, confusion, and pivotal moments, bearing witness to many unspoken emotions. Stress, irritability, fatigue, and a sense of injustice can accumulate, with suppressed feelings sometimes resembling a dark, heavy layer quietly covering one is inner world.
This workshop integrates Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) with scratch art creation. By gradually scraping away the black surface, participants will be invited to uncover their emotional landscapes. In a safe and non-judgmental space, we will practice recognizing, naming, and placing emotions, preserving stability for ourselves and fostering greater gentleness in educational settings.
