一、花蓮縣文化局自2021年起推動「花蓮影音學堂」，持續培育在地影視創作人才，並促進影像文化於花蓮扎根與發展。多年來課程內容涵蓋影像製作、剪輯、導演及編劇等多元面向，為花蓮縣重要影視人才培育平台。2026年課程將以紀錄片創作為主軸，邀請六位深耕紀錄片領域之工作者參與授課，並著重建立創作者交流平台，促進經驗分享與資源串聯，提升在地影像創作能量。
二、課程規劃如下：
(一)課程時間：115年6月13日（週六）至7月18日（週六），每週六10:00至17:00；7月25日（週六）14:00至21:00（休息1小時，總時數36小時，端午連假順延一週）。
(二)課程地點：花蓮鐵道文化園區、花蓮鐵道電影院（花蓮市中山路71號）。
(三)招生對象：
1、正在進行紀錄片製作之團隊或個人創作者。
2、尚未進入實際製作階段，已具明確發展方向與主題構想，並持續推進中之團隊或個人創作者。
(四)報名日期：即日起至115年5月31日（週日）23:59止。

**Announcement: 2026 Hualien Audiovisual Academy Course on Documentary Filmmaking**
The Hualien County Cultural Affairs Bureau has been actively promoting the "Hualien Audiovisual Academy" since 2021, with a consistent focus on cultivating local talent in the fields of film and television. Over the years, the program has offered a diverse range of courses covering areas such as video production, editing, directing, and screenwriting, establishing itself as a key platform for nurturing film and television professionals in Hualien County. For the 2026 session, the curriculum will center on documentary filmmaking, featuring six experienced instructors who have made significant contributions to the field. The program will also emphasize the creation of an interactive platform for filmmakers to share experiences and connect resources, thereby enhancing the local filmmaking community's creative energy.
**Course Schedule:**
- Dates: June 13, 2026 (Saturday) to July 18, 2026 (Saturday)
- Time: 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM every Saturday
- Special Session: July 25, 2026 (Saturday) from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM (with a one-hour break)
- Total Hours: 36 hours (The session will be postponed by one week due to the Dragon Boat Festival holiday.)
**Course Location:**
- Hualien Railway Cultural Park and Hualien Railway Cinema (No. 71, Zhongshan Road, Hualien City)
**Eligibility:**
1. Teams or individual creators currently engaged in documentary production.
2. Teams or individual creators who have not yet entered the production phase but possess a clear development direction and thematic concept, and are actively progressing with their projects.
