一、「河好如初」係首度由媒體發起，攜手大學從校園出發，結合近年各大學所推動之USR，所展開的社會行動，聯合報系希望透過媒體力量與大學對永續的投入，共同喚起年輕人對河川的使命感，推出旨揭「設計思考工作坊」活動。
二、本工作坊自2025年啟動，至今已吸引超過40所學校學生參與；今年將於6月27至28日在國立清華大學登場，串聯起跨校、跨域的行動網絡。
三、本次工作坊帶領學員走進現場，找出河川痛點、提出創新解方。同時提供超過15萬元總獎助金，支持想法落地實踐。

**Announcement: "River as Good as New" Design Thinking Workshop**
1. **Initiative Overview**
"River as Good as New" is a pioneering social initiative launched by the media in collaboration with universities, starting from campus-based efforts and integrating the recent push for University Social Responsibility (USR) across higher education institutions. The United Daily News Group aims to leverage its media influence alongside universities' commitment to sustainability to inspire a sense of mission among young people regarding river conservation. To this end, we are launching the aforementioned "Design Thinking Workshop."
2. **Workshop Participation**
Since its inception in 2025, the workshop has attracted participation from students at over 40 universities. This year, the event will take place at National Tsing Hua University from June 27 to 28, fostering a cross-institutional and interdisciplinary network of action.
3. **Workshop Objectives and Support**
The workshop will guide participants to the field to identify key issues affecting rivers and propose innovative solutions. Additionally, it offers a total grant of over NT$150,000 to support the practical implementation of these ideas.
