一、為落實人權教育，提升大專校院教職員生人權素養及意識，教育部委託北一區學務中心辦理《傳奇女伶 高菊花LA PALOMA》電影放映活動，藉由電影賞析及映後座談，提升大專校院教職員工生人權素養及意識，以建立具有人權保障之友善校園文化。。
二、活動資訊如下：
(一)活動時間：115年5月28日(星期四)14:20至16:20；18:50至20:50(擇一場次參加)。
(二)活動地點：光點華山電影館（臺北市中正區八德路一段1號）。
(三)參加對象：北一區學務中心所轄學校之教職員生，每1場次預計約150名。
(四)報名日期：即日起至115年5月25日(星期一)止。

To promote human rights education and enhance the human rights literacy and awareness of faculty, staff, and students in higher education institutions, the Ministry of Education has entrusted the North 1 Regional Student Affairs Center to organize a film screening event titled "The Legendary Actress, Kao Ju Hua: LA PALOMA." Through film appreciation and post-screening discussions, this event aims to elevate the human rights awareness of participants and foster a campus culture that upholds human rights.
