一、依據高級中等以下學校及各該主管機關專業輔導人員設置辦法辦理。
二、本次甄選類別與名額：
(一)極偏遠地區諮商心理師/臨床心理師1名(公告第3次)
(二)極偏遠地區社會工作師1名(公告第3次)。
三、報名時間：即日起至115年6月18日(星期四)截止，一律採郵寄報名，以郵戳為憑。
四、報名資料請以掛號寄送至：612嘉義縣太保市祥和一路東段1號「嘉義縣政府教育處學生事務及特殊教育科收」，郵件封面加註「參加甄選專任專業輔導人員報名資料」，洽詢電話：05-3620123分機8306。
五、甄選日期、地點：
(一)甄選日期：115年6月25日(星期四)上午9時。
(二)甄選地點：嘉義縣學生輔導諮商中心視聽議室（地址：613嘉義縣朴子市山通路7號4樓、電話：05-2949193）。
六、錄取公告：甄選後3週將公告於「嘉義縣學生輔導諮商中心」並電話通知正取人員，如甄選作業時間不及，得順延錄取公告日期。

I. This recruitment is conducted in accordance with the Regulations Governing the Appointment of Professional Counseling Staff in Senior High Schools and Below and Their Respective Competent Authorities.
II. Categories and Vacancies for This Recruitment:
(1) 1 Counseling Psychologist/Clinical Psychologist for Extremely Remote Areas (3rd Announcement)
(2) 1 Social Worker for Extremely Remote Areas (3rd Announcement).
III. Application Period: From the date of this announcement until Thursday, June 18, 2026. Applications must be submitted by mail only, and the postmark date will serve as proof of submission.
IV. Application materials must be sent by registered mail to: “Attn: Student Affairs and Special Education Section, Education Department, Chiayi County Government, No. 1, East Section, Xianghe 1st Road, Taibao City, Chiayi County 612.” Please mark the envelope with “Application Materials for Selection of Full-time Professional Counseling Staff.” For inquiries, please call 05-3620123 ext. 8306.
V. Selection Date and Location:
(1) Selection Date: Thursday, June 25, 2026, at 9:00 a.m.
(2) Selection Location: Audiovisual Conference Room, Chiayi County Student Counseling and Guidance Center (Address: 4th Floor, No. 7, Shantong Road, Puzih City, Chiayi County 613; Tel: 05-2949193).
VI. Announcement of Results: Results will be posted on the “Chiayi County Student Counseling and Guidance Center” website and successful candidates will be notified by phone within three weeks after the selection process. If the selection process takes longer than expected, the announcement date may be postponed.
