慈濟大學選舉委員會 公告

依據：慈濟大學學生會正副會長暨學生議員選舉罷免辦法第六條及第八條
凡本會會員得向選委會登記為學生會會長及學生議員候選人，其資格如下：
(一)德育成績（操行成績）須在75分以上。
(二)前一學期學業成績平均達60分（含）以上者。
(三)辦理選舉事務人員則不得申請登記為候選人。
(四)若候選人為應屆畢業生必須向選委會提出繼續修業證明。
(五)其身分為非五專部一年級新生及應屆畢業生。
候選人應由下列兩種方式之一，聯名登記產生：
(一)系學會遴選推薦：由系學會依公開、公平、公正之原則遴選推薦。
(二)連署推薦：由會員五十人以上連署推薦，且連署時依自由意志原則親自簽章以示負責。(如附件1)
公告事項：
一、申請登記期間：自公告日起至115年05月22日晚上12時止
二、申請登記方法：
請備齊應繳交之資料於登記期限前電郵至選舉委員會負責人信箱：

三、應備具檔案及份數：
（一）候選人報名表 共1份 (如附件1)
（二）學生議會議員候選人上學期成績單之掃描pdf檔 共1份
選舉排程
候選人報名：自公告日至民國115年05月 22日(星期三)晚上12時止
資格審查、補件：115/05/22~115/05/29
候選人政見宣傳期：民國115年05月29日(星期五)上午8時至民國115年06月04日(星期四)晚上 12時止
投票日期：民國115年06月05 日(星期五)上午8時至下午5時30分止
投票方式： 以校務系統線上投票
開票日：民國115年05月30日(星期六)下午6時
公布當選議員名單：115/06/15(星期一)
Date Issued: May 15, 2026
Basis: According to Articles 6 and 8 of the Election and Recall Regulations for the President/Vice President of the Student Association and Student Council Members of Tzu Chi University.
Any member of the Association may register with the Election Committee as a candidate for Student Association President or Student Council Member, provided that they meet the following qualifications:
Conduct grade (moral education score) must be 75 or above.
The average academic score of the previous semester must be 60 or above.
Personnel handling election affairs are not eligible to register as candidates.
Candidates who are graduating students must provide proof of continued enrollment to the Election Committee.
Candidates must not be first-year students of the five-year junior college division or graduating students.
Candidates shall be jointly registered through one of the following two methods:
Recommendation by Department Student Association:
Candidates shall be selected and recommended by the department student association in accordance with the principles of openness, fairness, and impartiality.
Joint Petition Recommendation:
Candidates shall be recommended by at least 50 members through a joint petition. Signatories must personally sign the petition based on free will to indicate responsibility. (See Attachment 1)
