一、為促進臺灣新住民與各族群之間的跨文化交流與理解，建構多元族群共同參與的社會環境，開南大學USR計畫「AI新視代」、開南大學高等教育深耕計畫、電影與創意媒體學系及資訊傳播學系特辦理「多元文化新映像影展第二屆學生影像創作徵件暨開南之美第十屆攝影競賽徵件活動」，鼓勵學生透過影像表達文化觀察與交流經驗。

In order to promote cross-cultural exchange and understanding between Taiwan is new immigrant residents and diverse ethnic groups, and to foster a socially inclusive environment with multicultural participation, the “AI New Vision Era” USR Project of Kainan University, together with the Higher Education Sprout Project, the Department of Film and Creative Media, and the Department of Information Communications, is organizing the “2nd Multicultural New Image Film Festival Student Video Creation Competition & 10th ‘Beauty of Kainan i Photography Contest.” Students are encouraged to express their cultural observations and exchange experiences through visual storytelling.
