一、旨揭競賽總獎金超過9萬元，活動期間自即日起至115年7月31日止，活動內容簡述如下：
(一)參加對象：一般民眾（不限國籍），個人或團隊報名皆可，但不得重複參加。
(二)活動期間：即日起至115年7月31日24時止（活動時間結束，影片上傳功能即停止）。
(三)參賽方式：
1、1件作品以1至5人為限，同1人參賽作品以1件為限。
2、參賽作品時間以1至3分鐘為限（含片頭及片尾），畫面要有「作品主題名稱」、「旁白字幕（繁體中文)」，並請於片頭加入「桃園市政府地方稅務局115年結合統一發票推行辦理「稅創藝」租稅短片創作競賽」字樣，並於片尾加註「廣告」。
3、以下參賽報名方式擇一：
(1)、線上報名：於活動期間內，進入本局官網（https：／／tytax.tycg.gov.tw）首頁「租稅宣導專區/課程與活動報名/稅務行動教室/115年「稅創藝」租稅短片創作競賽」，填寫基本資料，上傳報名表、創作作品、親簽之個人資料使用授權同意書及參賽切結書之影像檔。
(2)、郵寄報名：繳交報名表、作品光碟或隨身碟、親簽個人資料使用授權同意書及參賽切結書，郵寄「330211桃園市桃園區成功路2段179號」（服務科稅創藝收），若於115年7月31日前未寄出報名表之參賽者（以郵戳為憑），恕不受理。
(四)獎勵方式：
1、綜合評選獎：
(1)、第1名：1名，獎金2萬5,000元及獎狀。
(2)、第2名：1名，獎金2萬元及獎狀。
(3)、第3名：1名，獎金1萬5,000元及獎狀。
(4)、佳作：5名，獎金各5,000元及獎狀。
(5)、初審入選獎：發給紀念獎狀1張。
2、網路人氣獎：
(1)、第1名：1名，獎金3,000元。
(2)、第2名：1名，獎金2,500元。
(3)、第3名：1名，獎金2,000元。

**Announcement: Call for Submissions – "Tax Innovation" Short Film Competition 2025**
The "Tax Innovation" Short Film Competition, organized by the Taoyuan City Local Taxation Bureau, offers a total prize fund exceeding NT$90,000. The competition is open from today until July 31, 2025. Below is a summary of the event details:
**1. Eligibility:**
The competition is open to the general public, regardless of nationality. Participants may enter individually or as a team, but each individual or team may submit only one entry.
**2. Competition Period:**
Submissions are accepted from today until 24:00 on July 31, 2025. After this deadline, the video upload function will be closed.
**3. Submission Guidelines:**
- Each entry may be submitted by a team of up to five members. An individual may participate in only one entry.
- The submitted short film must be between one and three minutes in length (including the opening and closing credits). The video must display the "Title of the Work" and include "Chinese subtitles (Traditional Chinese)" for narration. Additionally, the opening credits must include the text: "Taoyuan City Local Taxation Bureau 2025 'Tax Innovation' Short Film Competition in conjunction with the promotion of the Unified Invoice," and the closing credits must state "Advertisement."
- Participants may choose one of the following submission methods:
- **Online Submission:** During the competition period, visit the Taoyuan City Local Taxation Bureau's official website ([https://tytax.tycg.gov.tw](https://tytax.tycg.gov.tw)), navigate to the "Tax Promotion Zone / Course and Event Registration / Mobile Tax Classroom / 2025 'Tax Innovation' Short Film Competition" section, fill in the basic information, and upload the registration form, the creative work, a scanned image of the signed Personal Data Usage Authorization Agreement, and the Competition Affirmation Letter.
- **Postal Submission:** Submit the registration form, a CD or USB drive containing the work, a signed Personal Data Usage Authorization Agreement, and the Competition Affirmation Letter by mail to: "330211, No. 179, Sec. 2, Chenggong Rd., Taoyuan District, Taoyuan City" (Attention: Service Section, "Tax Innovation" Competition). Entries will not be accepted if the registration form is not postmarked by July 31, 2025.
**4. Prizes:**
- **Overall Selection Awards:**
- **1st Place:** 1 winner, NT$25,000 prize and a certificate.
- **2nd Place:** 1 winner, NT$20,000 prize and a certificate.
- **3rd Place:** 1 winner, NT$15,000 prize and a certificate.
- **Honorable Mentions:** 5 winners, each receiving NT$5,000 prize and a certificate.
- **Shortlisted Entries:** All entries that pass the preliminary review will receive a commemorative certificate.
- **Online Popularity Awards:**
- **1st Place:** 1 winner, NT$3,000 prize.
- **2nd Place:** 1 winner, NT$2,500 prize.
- **3rd Place:** 1 winner, NT$2,000 prize.
