一、交通部觀光署花東縱谷國家風景區管理處為響應2026年「世界自行車日」，訂於115年6月3日上午時段辦理「徐行縱谷－騎時很健康」自行車活動，廣邀各學校踴躍組團報名參與騎乘，活動資訊說明如下：
(一)活動日期：115年6月3日（星期三）。
(二)活動時間：
1、活動報到：08:00－08:40。
2、騎乘安全教育/行前說明：08:40－08:50。
3、暖身操、出發前大合照：08:50－09:00。
4、開始騎乘：09:00－10:30。
5、活動結束：10:30－11:00。
(三)騎乘路線及集合地點，參與人數以200人額滿為原則）：
1、集合地點：瑞穗火車站。
2、騎乘路線：瑞穗火車站→大農大富平地森林園區→光復糖廠→馬太鞍濕地生態園區→光復火車站→瑞穗火車站（來回全程約40公里）。
(四)報名資訊：

2、報名費用：活動全程免費，現場備有一般自行車及安全帽（自行車亦可自備），沿途則設有補給站，提供水、運動飲料、餅乾等補給，並於完騎後提供餐盒、完賽禮品。
3、報名期限：即日起至115年5月22日（星期五）下午17時開放報名，參與人數上限為200人，若額滿則提前截止報名。
4、完騎禮品：由於活動時間正值畢業季，歡迎各學校（國中以上）組隊報名參與騎乘，完成騎乘者即可獲得專屬完騎電子證書、運動袖套及在地特色禮品各乙份。
The Bureau of National Parks, Ministry of Transportation and Communications, is organizing a bicycle event titled "Slow Ride Through the Hualien-Taitung Valley – Cycling for Health" on June 3, 2026, in response to the "World Bicycle Day." We cordially invite schools to participate enthusiastically by registering teams. The event details are as follows:
**Event Date:** June 3, 2026 (Wednesday)
**Event Schedule:**
1. Registration: 08:00 – 08:40
2. Safety Education and Pre-Ride Briefing: 08:40 – 08:50
3. Warm-Up Exercises and Group Photo: 08:50 – 09:00
4. Start of Cycling: 09:00 – 10:30
5. Event Conclusion: 10:30 – 11:00
**Cycling Route and Meeting Point (Maximum participants: 200):**
1. Meeting Point: Ruisui Train Station
2. Cycling Route: Ruisui Train Station → Danda Daifu Lowland Forest Park → Guangfu Sugar Factory → Matadang Wetland Ecological Park → Guangfu Train Station → Ruisui Train Station (Round trip, approximately 40 kilometers)

2. Participation Fee: The event is free of charge. General bicycles and helmets will be available on-site (participants may also bring their own bicycles). Along the route, there will be supply stations providing water, sports drinks, and snacks. Upon completion of the ride, participants will receive a boxed lunch and a finisher's gift.
3. Registration Deadline: Registration will be open from today until 17:00 on May 22, 2026 (Friday). The maximum number of participants is 200, and registration will close early if this limit is reached.
4. Finisher's Gift: As the event coincides with graduation season, we welcome teams from all schools (junior high and above) to participate. Upon completion of the ride, participants will receive a personalized electronic certificate, a sports arm sleeve, and a local specialty gift.
