一、目的：本競賽旨在落實「專業實踐」之精神，鼓勵學生以學術理論研究根基，並以英語為媒介，將課堂所習得的專業技能與核心知識透過影片呈現，展現「實務應用」與「問題解決」能力，藉此強化學生運用英語精準表達專業領域的能力，並培養將學術知識轉化為實務成果的跨領域能力。
二、參加對象：本競賽為個人參賽，對象為全國大專院校在校學生（含大學部及研究所），需提供在校證明或學生證正反面影本，擇一即可，並依學制身分分為以下兩大組別報名： (一) 大學部：大學部在學學生。 (二) 研究所：碩士班及博士班學生(不含在職專班學生)。
三、報名方式：填寫Google表單並於表單內貼上影片連結（影片需上傳至YouTube） Google表單連結：https:／／forms.gle/D4XP3HrnmpBPWVUu6。
四、參賽時程：
(一)收件日期：延長至115年5月22日（星期五）23:59止
(二)公告結果日期：115年6月15日（星期一）
(三)頒獎日期：115年7月2日（星期四；時間、地點將另外通知得獎人）
五、獎勵辦法：
(一)第一名：獎金新臺幣30,000元與獎狀1紙（大學部和研究所各1名）。
(二)第二名：獎金新臺幣20,000元與獎狀1紙（大學部和研究所各1名）。
(三)第三名：獎金新臺幣10,000元與獎狀1紙（大學部和研究所各1名）。
(四)優 選：獎金新臺幣6,000元與獎狀1紙（大學部和研究所各7名）。
(五)參加獎：將從所有參賽者中隨機抽取十名獲得小禮物。

**I. Purpose:**
The purpose of this competition is to embody the spirit of "professional practice" by encouraging students to utilize their academic theoretical foundations and present the professional skills and core knowledge acquired in class through videos, showcasing their abilities in "practical application" and "problem-solving." This initiative aims to enhance students' proficiency in expressing their expertise in English and to cultivate interdisciplinary skills in translating academic knowledge into practical outcomes.
**II. Eligibility:**
This competition is open to individual participants who are currently enrolled students at universities and colleges across Taiwan (including undergraduate and graduate students). Participants must provide either a copy of their enrollment certificate or the front and back of their student ID card. Registration is divided into two categories based on academic status:
(1) Undergraduate Category: Open to currently enrolled undergraduate students.
(2) Graduate Category: Open to currently enrolled master's and doctoral students (excluding part-time students).
**III. Registration Method:**
Participants are required to fill out a Google Form and paste the video link within the form (the video must be uploaded to YouTube). The registration form can be accessed at the following link: https://forms.gle/D4XP3HrnmpBPWVUu6.
**IV. Competition Timeline:**
(1) Submission Deadline: Extended until May 22, 2026 (Friday) at 23:59.
(2) Announcement of Results: June 15, 2026 (Monday).
(3) Award Ceremony: July 2, 2026 (Thursday; the time and venue will be notified to the winners separately).
**V. Awards:**
(1) First Place: A cash prize of NT$30,000 and a certificate (one winner each in the undergraduate and graduate categories).
(2) Second Place: A cash prize of NT$20,000 and a certificate (one winner each in the undergraduate and graduate categories).
(3) Third Place: A cash prize of NT$10,000 and a certificate (one winner each in the undergraduate and graduate categories).
(4) Honorable Mentions: A cash prize of NT$6,000 and a certificate (seven winners each in the undergraduate and graduate categories).
(5) Participation Awards: Ten participants will be randomly selected to receive a small gift.
