一、 重要提醒:
1. 本項獎助金係依據《慈濟大學清寒助學金辦法》辦理。
2. 請同學務必提醒導師上網填寫導師意見表,做為審查依據。
二、申請期間:1150622-1150625止(學生資訊系統將於此期間開放申請,並須同步繳交紙本資料)
三、資料繳交地點與窗口:各校區學務處可代收。

四、申請資格:
1.學業(智育)成績須達 65 分(含)以上,德育(操行)成績須達 80 分(含)以上,且無小過(含三支申誡累計)以上處分紀錄(含銷過前紀錄)。
2.前一學期完成志工服務及人文時數合計至少10小時(不得重複計入申請本校其他獎助學金所要求之時數),並須於第18週(含)前完成登錄。
五、應繳資料:(繳交前請詳閱並確認資料正確)
1.學生系統申請書(含同意書)—學生本人務必簽名。
2.戶籍謄本正本(戶籍若不同請分別附上) 。
※115-1開學日為9月,戶籍謄本(需三個月內)正本需115年6月以後開立之,或新式戶口名簿完整影本(含父母/監護人與學生本人,含記事欄),若繳交戶口名簿影本,須另附內政部「戶口名簿請領紀錄證明」。
3. 三個月內開立之下列任一佐證資料(擇一提供,須含學生姓名):
※清寒證明正本。(證明需為115年5月之後開立)
※低收入戶證明正本。(證明需為115年)
※中低收入戶證明正本。(證明需為115年)
4. 財政部國稅局核發之113年度所得證明(需含父母/監護人與學生本人)。
**Announcement: Application for the Tzu Chi University Financial Aid Scholarship**
Dear Students,
Please kindly note the following important information regarding the application process for the Tzu Chi University Financial Aid Scholarship. We encourage you to carefully review the guidelines and prepare all required documents to ensure your eligibility and avoid any impact on your scholarship benefits.
**I. Important Reminders:**
1. This scholarship is administered in accordance with the "Tzu Chi University Financial Aid Scholarship Regulations."
2. Students are kindly requested to remind their academic advisors to submit their online opinion forms, which will serve as a basis for the review process.
**II. Application Period:**
The application period is from June 22, 2026, to June 25, 2026. During this time, the application function will be available on the Student Information System, and a paper submission is also required.
**III. Submission Location and Contact:**
Applications may be submitted to the Student Affairs Office at each campus.
For the Jianguo Campus, please contact Ms. Lin Ya-Wei, the Student Affairs Office, Life Guidance Section, at (03) 857-2158 ext. 22397.
**IV. Eligibility Criteria:**
1. Academic (Intellectual) performance must be 65 points or higher, and Moral Education (Conduct) performance must be 80 points or higher. Additionally, applicants must not have any disciplinary records equivalent to or more severe than a minor offense (including accumulated warnings).
2. Applicants must have completed a combined total of at least 10 hours of volunteer service and humanities activities in the previous semester. These hours cannot overlap with those required for other scholarship applications at this university. The submission of these hours must be completed by the 18th week of the semester.
**V. Required Documents:**
Before submission, please carefully review and confirm the accuracy of all documents:
1. Application Form from the Student System (including consent form)—must be personally signed by the student.
2. Original household registration certificate (if the household registration differs, please submit separate certificates).
- *Note:* For the 115-1 academic semester, which begins in September, the original household registration certificate must be issued after June 2026 and within the last three months. Alternatively, a complete copy of the new-style household registration book (including the student, parents/guardians, and the annotation section) may be submitted. If the household registration book is provided, an additional copy of the "Household Registration Book Issuance Record Certificate" from the Ministry of the Interior is required.
3. Any one of the following supporting documents, issued within the last three months (must include the student's name):
- *Original financial hardship certificate* (must be issued after May 2026).
- *Original certificate of low-income household* (must be issued in 2026).
- *Original certificate of medium-low-income household* (must be issued in 2026).
4. Income certificate for the year 2024, issued by the Ministry of Finance's National Taxation Bureau (must include the student, parents/guardians).
