一、重要提醒:
◎各項獎助學金及學雜費減免不得重複申請,如有重複請領,須退回補助金額。
◎各類補助皆依教育部規定辦理。
◎依規定,年滿18歲者為成年人,教育部規定若申請身份為單親家庭,須提供雙方家長資料(父親及母親)。
二、申請期間:1150608-1150618止(學生資訊系統將於此期間開放申請,並須同步繳交紙本資料)
三、資料繳交地點與窗口:
◎資料繳交:各校區學務處可代收學務處。
※日間部:
五專前三年-負責窗口建國校區學務處生活輔導組林亞薇 (03)857-2158#22397。

四、應繳資料:(繳交前請詳閱並確認資料正確)
1.學生系統申請書(含同意書)—學生本人務必簽名。
2.115-1開學日為9月,戶籍謄本(需三個月內)正本需115年6月以後開立之,或新式戶口名簿完整影本(含父母/監護人與學生本人,含記事欄),若繳交戶口名簿影本,須另附內政部「戶口名簿請領紀錄證明」。
註:(1)戶籍若不同請分別附上。
(2) 線上填寫後,務必列印申請書(含同意書)並將相關附件繳交至承辦人手中才算申請完成,同學可自行上學生系統查詢狀態是否更改為“已收件”,更改為“已收件”代表承辦人員收到資料,並確認資料無誤。
五、身份別及應附證明文件:
1.原住民籍學生。(包含原住民獎助生)
2.身心障礙學生及身心障礙子女-請準備有效期限內身心障礙證明影本(須檢視正本)。(提供正本並列印彩色影本至承辦人檢驗)
3.特殊境遇家庭子女 -請準備 115年有效期限內相關公文(須由縣市政府或鄉鎮機關所開立)。
4.低收入戶家庭-請準備115年有效期限內低收入戶正本(需含同學名字),需有列印申請日期(三個月內)。(臺北市請由臺北通APP列印)
5.中低收入戶家庭-請準備115年有效期限內中低收入戶正本(需含同學名字),需有列印申請日期 (三個月內)。(臺北市請由臺北通APP列印)
6.軍公教遺族-請準備有效期限內相關證明、教育部申請書一式二份。
**Announcement: Application for Scholarships and Tuition Fee Reductions**
**Important Reminders:**
- Applications for scholarships and tuition fee reductions cannot be submitted for multiple categories simultaneously. If duplicate applications are detected, the applicant will be required to return the received scholarship amount.
- All types of financial assistance are processed in accordance with the regulations set by the Ministry of Education.
- According to the regulations, individuals who are 18 years old or older are considered adults. For applications under the category of single-parent families, both parents' information (father and mother) must be provided.
**Application Period:**
- The application period is from June 8, 2026, to June 18, 2026. During this period, the Student Information System will be open for online applications, and applicants must also submit the required hard copies simultaneously.
**Submission Location and Contact Window:**
- **Submission of Documents:** The Student Affairs Office at each campus will accept the submission of documents.
- **Daytime Division:**
- For the first three years of the five-year vocational program: Ms. Ya-Wei Lin, Guidance and Counseling Unit, Student Affairs Office, Jianguo Campus. Contact: (03) 857-2158 ext. 22397.
- For other academic programs: Ms. Hsin-Yi Lin, Guidance and Counseling Unit, Student Affairs Office, Central Campus. Contact: (03) 856-5301 ext. 11202.
- **Continuing Education Division and the 30+ University Pilot Program:**
- Continuing Education Section, Social Education Promotion Office. Contact: (03) 856-5301 ext. 11705.
**Required Documents:**
- Please carefully review and confirm the accuracy of all documents before submission.
1. Application Form from the Student System (including consent form) — Must be signed by the student本人.
2. Household Registration Certificate (issued within the last three months) for the academic year 115-1, which starts in September. The certificate must be issued after June 2026, or a complete copy of the new-style household registration book (including the student本人, parents/guardians, and the annotation section). If submitting a copy of the household registration book, an additional proof of issuance from the Ministry of the Interior, titled "Household Registration Book Issuance Record," must be provided.
- Note: (1) If the household registration is not unified, please submit separate documents.
(2) After completing the online application, please print the application form (including the consent form) and submit the relevant attachments to the responsible officer in person to finalize the application. Students can check the application status on the Student System; a status change to "Received" indicates that the responsible officer has received and verified the documents.
**Identity Categories and Required Supporting Documents:**
1. Indigenous Students (including Indigenous Scholarship Recipients).
2. Students with Disabilities and Children of Parents with Disabilities — Please prepare a valid copy of the disability certificate (original must be inspected). (Provide the original and print a color copy for verification by the responsible officer.)
3. Children from Special Circumstance Families — Please prepare official documents issued by the county/city government or township agencies, valid for the academic year 115.
4. Students from Low-Income Households — Please prepare the original low-income household certificate (valid for the academic year 115, including the student's name) with a printed application date within the last three months. (For Taipei City residents, please print the certificate via the Taipei Pass APP.)
