畢業典禮活動協助的內容為：協助頒發畢業證書夾、機動事務等
工讀/志工要求：
1.無染髮，頭髮與服儀依規定遵守(需穿標準制服)
2.手可端重物(畢業證書夾一次10本)
3.依規定受職安訓練，操行80分以上(確認錄取後需先預填工讀)
4.外籍生需要有工作證(若無僅給予志工時數)
5.115/6/4及5日有課需自行請公假
6.日期時間如下：

(3)115/6/5(正式-中午時段12:00-16:30，地點中央校區第一研討室/靜思堂講經堂)-志工時數(需穿標準制服)
(4)115/6/6(正式-上午時段07:00-11:30，地點中央校區B104階梯/靜思堂講經堂)-工讀金(由生輔組工讀金支應)4H-超過時間給予志工時數(需穿標準制服)

**Announcement: Recruitment for Graduation Ceremony Support Staff (Paid Internship and Volunteer Positions)**
The responsibilities for supporting the graduation ceremony include assisting with the distribution of graduation certificate folders and handling other logistical tasks as required.
**Requirements for Paid Internship and Volunteer Positions:**
1. No dyed hair; hair and attire must comply with the specified dress code (standard uniform required).
2. Ability to carry heavy objects (one folder at a time, containing 10 certificates).
3. Completion of required occupational safety training and a conduct score of 80 or above (paid internship application must be submitted in advance upon confirmation of selection).
4. International students must possess a valid work permit; those without will only be eligible for volunteer hours.
5. Students with classes on 2026/6/4 are responsible for arranging official leave.
6. The schedule is as follows:
- Paid internship (supported by the Paid Internship Fund) requires full participation; partial attendance will result in volunteer hours based on actual hours contributed.
- (1) 2026/6/2 (Practice Session - 18:00-20:00, Central Campus, First Discussion Room) – Paid internship for 2 hours (casual attire allowed).
- (2) 2026/6/4 (Rehearsal - Morning Session 07:30-10:30; Afternoon Session 12:30-15:30, Central Campus, B104 Auditorium / Hall of Compassion) – Volunteer hours (casual attire allowed).
- (3) 2026/6/5 (Official Ceremony - Midday Session 12:00-16:30, Central Campus, First Discussion Room / Hall of Compassion) – Volunteer hours (standard uniform required).
- (4) 2026/6/6 (Official Ceremony - Morning Session 07:00-11:30, Central Campus, B104 Auditorium / Hall of Compassion) – Paid internship for 4 hours (supported by the Paid Internship Fund); additional hours beyond this will be credited as volunteer hours (standard uniform required).
