一、演練對象
全校教職員（含學校正副首長、各級主管、行政人員及教職員工）。
二、演練時間
自 4 月起至 12 月止，期間共辦理 2 次演練。
三、注意事項
1.請同仁於演練期間務必 留意並確認寄件者資訊，切勿開啟可疑郵件。
2.特別注意外部郵件附件，如 Microsoft Office 文件檔（Word、Excel、PPT…等）或含有超連結之內容。
3.請即時刪除與公務無關之郵件，避免點擊不明連結或下載可疑附件。
四、社交工程演練郵件型態
演練郵件將以偽冒公務、個人或公司名義發送，主題內容涵蓋：
1.八卦、休閒、保健、財經、新奇、時事
2.模擬實際社交工程樣本
3.郵件內容可能包含 連結網址或附檔，請同仁提高警覺。
如發現可疑之郵件，煩請通知電算中心 資訊網路組(11572、22585、31630)

I. Participants
All faculty and staff (including the President, Vice Presidents, department heads, administrative personnel, and all employees).
II. Exercise Period
The exercise will be conducted twice between April and December 2026.
III. Precautions
During the exercise period, please verify the sender is identity carefully and do not open any suspicious emails.
Exercise high vigilance regarding external emails containing attachments (e.g., Microsoft Office files such as Word, Excel, PPT) or hyperlinks.
Immediately delete emails unrelated to official business to avoid clicking unknown links or downloading suspicious attachments.
IV. Types of Drill Emails
Drill emails will be sent under the guise of official business, personal correspondence, or corporate communications. Subject matter includes:
Gossip, leisure, healthcare, finance, novelty, and current events.
Simulated real-world social engineering attack scenarios.
Emails may contain hyperlinks or attachments. Please remain highly vigilant.
If you encounter any suspicious emails, please notify the Computer Center – Network Division (Extensions: 11572, 22585, 31630). |
