一、本署為協助大專在學青年及早認識職場，培養就業能力，同時累積工作經驗，辦理大專生公部門見習計畫，期透過公部門提供的見習機會，讓大專在學青年接觸公部門，了解公部門的行政運作和工作內容，為自己未來的職涯發展累積更多的就業能量與競爭力。
二、本署為加強照顧經濟弱勢家庭青年，辦理經濟自立青年工讀計畫，提供在學青年工讀機會及媒合平臺，協助大專在學青年體驗學習，並讓青年於在學期間可學習經濟自立，提升其職涯發展競爭力，以利適性就業。
三、另本署為增進青年對社會議題的參與，以從事社區產業及推動社會公益之非營利組織作為職場體驗場域，提供大專以上在學青年具學習性之多元體驗機會，協助其體驗學習、適應職場，促進職涯發展。
四、上開計畫相關職缺刊登公告於本署「RICH職場體驗網」（https:／／rich.yda.gov.tw），並提供115年「大專生公部門見習計畫EDM」、「經濟自立青年工讀計畫EDM」及「暑期社區職場體驗計畫EDM」（如附件），請貴校協助推廣宣傳，鼓勵學生踴躍參與。
I. In order to assist college and university students in gaining early exposure to the workplace, developing employability skills, and accumulating work experience, this office is implementing the "College Student Internship Program in Public Sector." Through the opportunities provided by the public sector, we aim to enable college students to understand the administrative operations and work content of public agencies, thereby enhancing their career development and competitiveness.
II. To further support economically disadvantaged youth, this office is also conducting the "Economic Independence Youth Work-Study Program." This initiative provides work-study opportunities and a matching platform for students, helping them gain practical experience while learning to achieve economic independence during their studies. This program aims to improve their employability and career competitiveness, facilitating suitable employment.
III. Additionally, to encourage youth participation in social issues, this office has designated non-profit organizations engaged in community industries and social welfare as venues for workplace experience. These organizations offer diverse and educational opportunities for college and university students to gain hands-on experience, adapt to the workplace, and promote their career development.
IV. The job vacancies related to the aforementioned programs are published on this office's "RICH Workplace Experience Network" (https://rich.yda.gov.tw). Furthermore, we have provided the "College Student Internship Program in Public Sector EDM," the "Economic Independence Youth Work-Study Program EDM," and the "Summer Community Workplace Experience Program EDM" (as attachments). We kindly request your institution to assist in promoting and publicizing these programs to encourage students to actively participate. |
