一、為促進原住民族青年關注公共議題，提供交流、思辨與發聲平台，透過辯論競賽形式，引導青年探討原住民族於現代社會所面臨之挑戰與權益議題，強化青年參與族群公共事務之能力。另為兼顧不同背景青年之參賽需求，活動設置不同組別，以提升參與度及競賽公平性。
二、本活動報名期間即日起至115年5月27日（三）止，採線上報名方式辦理，相關資訊請詳參本局網站https://www.ipb.ntpc.gov.tw/infor_detail.php?p_id=79&id=4010&flag=menu。

The following information is provided by the New Taipei City Government Bureau of Indigenous Peoples Administration:
1. To encourage Indigenous youth to pay attention to public issues, this event aims to provide a platform for exchange, critical thinking, and expression. Through a debate competition format, it guides young people to explore the challenges and rights issues faced by Indigenous communities in modern society, thereby enhancing their ability to participate in public affairs related to their ethnic group. To accommodate the diverse backgrounds of participants and ensure fairness, the event is divided into different categories to increase participation and promote equitable competition.
