一、為協助優秀青年人才與在地企業有效媒合，並培養符合當前產業趨勢所需之技能，本局辦理旨揭計畫（下稱本計畫），邀集超過100家在地企業參與，提供逾500個職缺，並整合職涯發展相關資源，期透過本計畫提升青年職場競爭力，順利銜接就業市場。
二、本計畫內容如下：
(一)就業政策彙整：提供多元職涯發展及就業協助相關政策資訊。
(二)媒合職缺：青年可透過計畫網站投遞正職、兼職職缺，亦可應徵臺北、新北及桃園等地新創領域青創實習職缺，並透過30日實務訓練取得實務訓練證書，累積職場經驗、培養實務技能，強化就業能力。
(三)大專院校實習及就業資訊：彙整桃園13所大專院校職涯資源，提供青年查詢各校職涯輔導、實習機會及就業活動等資訊，協助掌握多元職涯支持服務。
(四)職涯應援：提供履歷健診、職業適性測驗、工作氣質測驗、面試經驗分享及趨勢產業推廣等服務，協助青年接軌未來職場趨勢，提升就業競爭力與職涯發展潛能。
(五)職場力系列課程：辦理以AI實戰應用為主軸之免費課程「AI創作與辦公應用」，請至本計畫官網「求職應援．相約桃園」線上報名，完成報名後將進行資格審查，並由專人通知後續上課資訊。

三、為利青年了解旨揭計畫，惠請貴校協助透過相關管道宣傳，建議方式如下：
(一)官方網站之公告消息或佈告欄。
(二)Facebook粉絲專頁或社團貼文。

(四)LINE社群、群組或官方帳號。
To facilitate the effective matching of outstanding young talents with local enterprises and to cultivate skills aligned with current industry trends, this bureau is implementing the aforementioned program (hereinafter referred to as "the Program"). Over 100 local enterprises have participated, offering more than 500 job openings. The Program also integrates career development resources, aiming to enhance the competitiveness of young individuals in the job market and ensure a smooth transition into employment.
The Program includes the following components:
1. **Employment Policy Compilation**: Provides comprehensive information on diverse career development and employment assistance policies.
2. **Job Matching**: Young individuals can submit applications for full-time and part-time positions through the Program's website. Additionally, opportunities are available for youth internships in the startup sector in Taipei, New Taipei, and Taoyuan. Participants will undergo a 30-day practical training program and receive a certificate upon completion, thereby accumulating work experience and developing practical skills to strengthen their employability.
3. **University Internship and Employment Information**: Compiles career resources from 13 universities and colleges in Taoyuan, offering young individuals access to information on career counseling, internship opportunities, and employment events at these institutions. This assists them in understanding the diverse career support services available.
4. **Career Support Services**: Provides services such as resume reviews, career aptitude assessments, job personality evaluations, interview experience sharing, and promotion of trending industries. These services help young individuals align with future workplace trends, enhancing their employability and career development potential.
5. **Career Development Courses**: Offers a series of free courses focused on AI practical applications, including "AI Creation and Office Applications." Interested individuals are encouraged to register online via the Program's official website, "Job Support. Meet in Taoyuan." After registration, eligibility will be reviewed, and participants will be notified by a dedicated staff member regarding subsequent course details.
