各位師長、同仁和同學您好：
為完善本校就學輔導機制，提升學生學習成效，特辦理「114-2期未五專讀書會」，藉由定期讀書討論，促進同學間的學習交流與成長。
本次讀書會將於115年6月8日至11及6月15日至17日，每晚18:00至19:30，於建國校區第二會議室舉行。活動全程採簽到及簽退方式，於上述日期與會4次，經簽證通過後，方可符合完善就學輔導機制獎勵金申請資格。
參加規範如下：
1. 請依指定日期、時間、地點準時出席。
2. 活動全程須簽到及簽退，缺勤者將影響獎勵金申請資格。
活動時程：115年6月8日（一）至6月11日（四）、6月15日（一）至6月17日（三），每晚18:00至19:30。
活動地點：建國校區第二會議室。
報名方式：請已完成報名之學生依上述時程參加。
請同學務必準時出席，並全程參與，以利後續獎勵金申請作業。如有任何疑問，請洽教務處課指組(22741)。

**Announcement: "114-2 Five-Year Vocational Program Study Group"**
Dear Faculty, Staff, and Students,
To further enhance our academic support system and improve student learning outcomes, the Academic Affairs Office is pleased to announce the organization of the "114-2 Five-Year Vocational Program Study Group." This initiative aims to foster learning exchanges and personal growth among students through regular study discussions.
The study group will be held in the Second Conference Room at the Jianguo Campus from June 8 to June 11, 2026, and from June 15 to June 17, 2026, every evening from 18:00 to 19:30. Attendance will be managed through a sign-in and sign-out process. Participants must attend four sessions during the specified dates and successfully complete the sign-in and sign-out procedures to qualify for the Academic Support System Incentive Grant.
**Participation Guidelines:**
1. Please attend the sessions on the designated dates, times, and locations.
2. Full participation in the sign-in and sign-out process is required; any absences may affect eligibility for the incentive grant.

- June 8 (Monday) to June 11 (Thursday), 2026
- June 15 (Monday) to June 17 (Wednesday), 2026
- Time: 18:00 to 19:30 each evening

Students who have already registered are requested to participate according to the schedule provided.
