一、依本校「學業預警及課後補強輔導辦法」,各授課教師需於本校行事曆第六至十二週上網勾選學業成績不理想之學生。
二、1142學期行事曆預警上網登錄日期為:115年3月30日至115年5月16日。煩請各授課教師於115年5月16日前上【(新)校務系統→教務處→期中預警→教師服務系統】勾選名單。
三、預警登錄系統將於115年5月16日當日23:59關閉,逾期恕不受理。預計115年5月20日將學業預警學生名單通知相關單位;以利後續(輔導)作業。
※若課程無需預警,亦請進系統登錄勾選“本課程不需預警”。
I. According to the "Academic Warning and Post-Class Support Guidelines" of this university, all instructors are required to select students with unsatisfactory academic performance online during the sixth to twelfth weeks of the academic calendar.**
II. The online registration period for academic warnings in the 1142 semester is from March 30, 2026, to May 16, 2026. Kindly log in to the system and select the relevant students before May 16, 2026. The login path is as follows: [New University Affairs System → Academic Affairs Office → Mid-Semester Warning → Instructor Service System].**
III. The academic warning registration system will close at 23:59 on May 16, 2026. Submissions received after this deadline will not be accepted. The list of students with academic warnings is expected to be notified to the relevant units by May 20, 2026, to facilitate subsequent (guidance) procedures.
※If a course does not require an early warning, please also log in to the system and select. ”This course does not require an early warning.” |
