報名日期:即日起至5月22日（星期五）中午12時止。

抽籤日期：訂於115年5月22日（星期五）下午5時假花蓮縣立網球場管理室辦理，請各隊派員參加，未派員參加者，由大會代抽不得有異議。
領隊會議：訂於115年6月6日（星期六）上午8時假花蓮縣立網球場管理室辦理，請各隊派員參加，未派員參加者，決議事項不得有異議。

**Competition Date:**
The competition will commence at 8:30 AM on Saturday, June 6, 115, and continue until the conclusion of the event.

The competition will be held at the Hualien County Government Tennis Courts (No. 17, Fuqian Road, Hualien City).
**Registration Period:**
Registration is open from today until 12:00 PM on Friday, May 22, 115.

**Draw Date:**
The draw will take place at 5:00 PM on Friday, May 22, 115, in the management office of the Hualien County Government Tennis Courts. Each team is required to send a representative to attend. If a team fails to send a representative, the draw will be conducted on their behalf by the organizing committee, and any objections will not be accepted.
**Team Meeting:**
A team meeting will be held at 8:00 AM on Saturday, June 6, 115, in the management office of the Hualien County Government Tennis Courts. Each team is required to send a representative to attend. If a team fails to send a representative, they will not be entitled to any objections regarding the decisions made at the meeting.
