【導師請注意】配合畢業班114學年度「導師個別約談」紀錄填寫
一、依本校慈濟大學導師制度實施辦法，導師量化工作計分施行細則辦理，畢業班本學年填寫起訖日為114年8月1日起至115年5月22日止。
二、提醒您到校務系統填寫114學年度導生晤談記錄，系統將於【115年7月3日】截止關閉。
三、請各位師長至校務資訊系統>>學務處>>生活輔導組>>AB表相關作業>>學生查詢AB表>>查詢>>B表填寫>>重要個別約談>>填寫。
四、感恩老師協助，有任何疑問，請洽學務處生活輔導組-分機11202。

**Announcement for Academic Advisors**
Dear Academic Advisors,
In accordance with the regulations of the Tzu Chi University Academic Advisor System and the Implementation Guidelines for Quantitative Work Scoring, the period for recording individual meetings with graduating students for the academic year 114 is from August 1, 2025 to May 22, 2026.
Kindly remind you to complete the recording of your meetings with advisees for the academic year 114 in the university administrative system. The system will close and stop accepting submissions on July 3, 2026.
Please follow the steps below to access the relevant section for recording:
1. Log in to the University Administrative Information System.
2. Navigate to the Student Affairs Office.
3. Select the Life Guidance Division.
4. Access the AB Form Related Operations.
5. Proceed to Student AB Form Inquiry.
6. Choose the B Form Filling section.
7. Complete the Important Individual Meeting Records.
