一、本府為應業務增加、衛生福利部新增核定補助各項計畫人力及原有人員生涯規劃流動，刻正持續辦理聘（約）用社會工作督導及社會工作員招募。
二、貴校應屆畢業生倘未及於報名前取得畢業（學位）證書者，本府自115年4月30日起至115年7月17日止，准予附條件報名，請填寫「應屆畢業生准予附條件報名申請書」，併同繳交以下文件以供審查：
(一)由學校出具在學證明或最後一學期已加蓋註冊戳記之學生證正、背面影本。
(二)符合專門職業及技術人員高等考試社會工作師考試規則第五條應試資格之學分（含實習）證明（含現行修業證明）。
(三)如獲錄取，因故未能於報到時繳交畢業（學位）證書者，視同放棄錄取資格。
三、本府115年起提供更完善之社會工作人員福利支持制度，請貴校協助併同轉知：
(一)補助本府社會處現職並領有本縣社會工作師執業執照之社會工作人員，加入社會工作師公會入會費及常年會費。
(二)補助本府社會處任職滿1年之社會工作人員，每2年1次最高新臺幣（下同）7,000元之健康檢查費用。
(三)提供本府社會處現職社會工作人員，每年每人3次免費心理諮商服務，每次1小時。
(四)補助本府社會處現職社會工作人員，因執行業務導致身體傷害有醫療需求者，依據受害社工人員實際醫療情形，檢據予以覈實補助。
(五)針對本府社會處具有非上班時間值機業務之社會工作人員，值機費平日350元，假日700元。另三大節、清明節及兒童節等連續假期，保護性社會工作人員非上班時間值機費用為1,000元。

一、The Bureau is currently conducting ongoing recruitment for social work supervisors and social workers to address the increased workload, newly approved funding for various projects by the Ministry of Health and Welfare, and the career planning and mobility of existing staff.
二、For graduates of your university who have not yet obtained their graduation (degree) certificates by the application deadline, the Bureau allows conditional registration from April 30, 2026, to July 17, 2026. Please complete the "Application Form for Conditional Registration for Graduates" and submit the following documents for review:
(一) A certificate of enrollment issued by the university or a copy of the student ID card with the registration stamp from the last semester.
(二) Proof of credits (including internship credits) that meet the eligibility criteria for the Social Worker Higher Professional and Technical Examination as stipulated in Article 5 of the Examination Rules.
(三) If a candidate is admitted but fails to submit the graduation (degree) certificate at the time of enrollment due to any reason, it will be deemed as a forfeiture of the admission qualification.
三、Starting from 2026, the Bureau will provide an improved welfare support system for social workers. Please assist in disseminating the following information:
(一) Subsidies for current employees of the Bureau's Social Affairs Division who hold a social worker license in the county to join the Social Worker Association, covering membership fees and annual dues.
(二) Subsidies for social workers employed by the Bureau's Social Affairs Division for at least one year, providing a health check-up allowance of up to NT$7,000 every two years.
(三) Free psychological counseling services for current social workers employed by the Bureau's Social Affairs Division, with three sessions per year, each lasting one hour.
(四) Subsidies for current social workers employed by the Bureau's Social Affairs Division who require medical treatment due to injuries sustained while performing their duties, based on the actual medical expenses incurred.
(五) For social workers in the Bureau's Social Affairs Division who are required to work during non-business hours, the on-call fee is NT$350 on weekdays and NT$700 on holidays. Additionally, for protective social workers, the on-call fee during non-business hours during major holidays, such as the Qingming Festival and Children's Day, is NT$1,000.
