各位師長、同仁和同學您好:
為因應部分同學於學年住宿申請期間遺漏申請,但仍有住宿需求,特此公告補申請相關事宜。本次補申請旨在協助符合資格之學生完成住宿申請,以確保學習與生活之順利進行。
本次補申請之辦理方式如下:
1. 開放時間:115年5月12日上午10時至下午5時30分。
2. 逾時申請及學號填寫錯誤者將無法受理。
3. 本次為補申請,依規定記15點,如若不同意將取消申請。
申請資格如下:
1. 慈濟大學全體符合住宿資格之學生。
2. 凡有下列情形且未經學生事務會議資格審核通過者,皆不具申請資格:
(1) 住宿扣點累積已達60點且尚未完成銷案者。
(2) 因違反宿舍相關規定申誡處分三次以上者。
(3) 寢室內務訪視連續三次評定不良者。
(4) 經「慈濟大學住宿學生獎懲實施細則」規定勒令退宿者。
(5) 欠繳住宿費者(專案申請通過者不在此限)。
(6) 未參加消防演練者(全體住宿生均須依規定次數參加消防演練):
- 一年級新生必須參加上下學期二次消防演練。
- 春季班新生及寒轉生須參加當學期消防演練。
- 舊生每學年須至少參加一次消防演練。
(7) 114-2學期無住宿者。
申請方式請以學校帳號登入Google雲端,填寫表單申請學年住宿(表單網址:https://forms.gle/qNcK27kwv95y7YTG7)。
請同學務必於規定時間內完成申請,並確認學號填寫正確。如有疑問,請洽宿舍輔導組協助。

學務處宿舍輔導組 敬啟 **Announcement Regarding Supplementary Application for Student Dormitory Accommodation**
Dear Faculty, Staff, and Students,
To address the situation where some students missed the initial dormitory application period but still have accommodation needs, we hereby announce the supplementary application process. This supplementary application aims to assist eligible students in completing their dormitory application, ensuring the smooth progress of their studies and daily life.
The supplementary application process will be conducted as follows:
1. **Application Period:** From 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM on May 12, 2026.
2. Late applications or those with incorrect student ID numbers will not be accepted.
3. This is a supplementary application, and a deduction of 15 points will be recorded as per regulations. If you disagree with this, your application will be canceled.
**Eligibility Criteria:**
1. All students at Tzu Chi University who meet the dormitory accommodation criteria.
2. Students who have not been approved by the Student Affairs Committee for accommodation and fall under any of the following circumstances are not eligible to apply:
(1) Students whose accumulated dormitory penalty points have reached 60 and have not yet cleared their records.
(2) Students who have received three or more warnings for violating dormitory regulations.
(3) Students whose dormitory hygiene inspections have been rated as unsatisfactory for three consecutive times.
(4) Students who have been ordered to vacate the dormitory as stipulated in the "Tzu Chi University Dormitory Accommodation Reward and Penalty Implementation Rules."
(5) Students who have outstanding accommodation fees (except for those who have received special approval).
(6) Students who have not participated in the required number of fire drills (all dormitory residents must participate in fire drills as per the regulations):
- Freshmen must participate in two fire drills per academic year (one in each semester).
- New students in the spring semester and those transferring from winter to spring must participate in the fire drill of the current semester.
- Returning students must participate in at least one fire drill per academic year.
(7) Students who did not reside in the dormitory during the 114-2 semester.
To apply, please log in to Google Drive using your school account and complete the dormitory accommodation application form (Form URL: https://forms.gle/qNcK27kwv95y7YTG7).
Students are required to complete the application within the specified timeframe and ensure that their student ID numbers are correctly entered. For any inquiries, please contact the Dormitory Guidance Section for assistance.
