各位師長、同仁和同學您好:

為感恩慈誠懿德返校日活動期間,慈懿爸媽對同學們的關懷與付出,人文處特規劃【母親節-感恩慈誠懿德活動】,藉此機會讓各班(含研究所)能共同表達對慈懿爸媽的感謝之情。

活動內容及申請補助經費相關事宜說明如下:
1. 各班如有規劃感恩活動,請由副班代統一以電子檔方式,將活動計畫表Email至人文處申請補助經費。
2. 建議各班於活動前,主動與慈懿爸媽溝通,避免雙方活動安排重疊。
3. 活動計畫需包含活動地點、活動時間、舉辦方式與流程、預算、活動照片圖說等資訊,並請依附件範本填寫。

請於5月29日前,將活動計畫電子檔寄送至人文處田淑琴(Email: ten0520@gms.tcu.edu.tw,分機:11542)。

活動經費申請及核銷相關規定如下:
1. 每班補助經費上限為新台幣1000元,補助項目為禮品、祝福卡等相關用於感恩慈懿爸媽之費用,不含午餐便當餐費,申請截止日為5月29日。
2. 核銷單據內容請一律以素食為主,不得有葷食、環保筷、購物袋等,並實報實銷,超額則以1000元上限核支。
3. 請攜帶相關收據或發票至建國校區人文處辦理申請,經費將撥款至您的銀行(郵政)帳戶,逾期不予受理。
4. 核銷單據需為兩聯式收據,抬頭名稱為「慈濟學校財團法人慈濟大學」,並須有店章及負責人印章;或以收銀機發票(務必打上學校統編08152423)亦可核銷。

**Announcement: Mother is Day – Gratitude Event for Parents of Returning Alumni**

Dear Faculty, Staff, and Students,

To express our heartfelt gratitude for the care and dedication shown by the parents of returning alumni during the event, the Office of Humanities has specially organized the **Mother is Day – Gratitude Event for Parents of Returning Alumni**. This initiative provides an opportunity for each class (including graduate programs) to collectively convey their appreciation to these parents.

Below are the details regarding the event and the application process for financial support:

1. If your class has planned a gratitude event, please submit the event proposal in electronic format via email to the Office of Humanities for financial assistance. The class representative should coordinate this submission.
2. It is recommended that each class proactively communicate with the parents of returning alumni prior to the event to avoid scheduling conflicts.
3. The event proposal must include the following information: venue, date and time, format and schedule of the event, budget, and captions for activity photographs. Please complete the proposal according to the attached template.

Kindly submit your electronic event proposal to Ms. Tian Shuqin at the Office of Humanities (Email: ten0520@gms.tcu.edu.tw, Extension: 11542) by **May 29**.

The regulations for applying for and reimbursing the event expenses are as follows:

1. The maximum financial assistance per class is **NT$1,000**. This support covers expenses related to gifts, greeting cards, and other materials used to express gratitude to the parents of returning alumni. Expenses for lunch or boxed meals are not included. The deadline for applications is **May 29**.
2. All reimbursement receipts must be for vegetarian items only. Non-vegetarian food, eco-friendly chopsticks, and shopping bags are not eligible for reimbursement. Expenses will be reimbursed on an actual basis, with any amount exceeding the limit reimbursed up to the maximum of **NT$1,000**.
3. Please bring the relevant receipts or invoices to the Office of Humanities at the Jianguo Campus to process your application. Funds will be transferred directly to your bank (postal) account. Applications submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.
4. Reimbursement receipts must be in duplicate and bear the name of the recipient as **“Tzu Chi University, Tzu Chi Educational Foundation”**. They must also include the store is official seal and the manager is signature. Alternatively, receipts from a cash register invoice (with the school is tax ID number **08152423** clearly printed) are also acceptable.
