每年9月，許多青春年少者隨著興趣與機緣，來到慈大成為新生學子，本校優良傳統之一，就是藉
由熱心學長姐以「新生過來人」之經驗，服務帶領展現慈大人文學習楷模風範，期以引導學弟妹
最短時間了解學校、宿舍、社團，融入大學生活。
一年級各班新生輔導員推派需有熱情、意願服務同學踴躍擔任活動說明：
1.推派名額：各班同學推派新生輔導員每班需1-2位 (男女各一位佳，若選出有困難可以同性別，若新生人數較少的班級可只選出一位)。
2.繳交日期：
(1)中央與介仁校區：請班代於115年6月5日星期五前填寫報名表(電子檔)至郵件地址：cagalli@gms.tcu.edu.tw
(2)建國校區：由導師推薦，名單給予建國校區學務處孫組長：ss290@gms.tcu.edu.tw
3.條件限制：為避免服務隊員參與的任務重疊，已擔任115學年度宿舍幹部同學請勿重疊工作。
4.新生輔導員重要任務：擔任新生學弟學妹學習楷模，讓學弟妹及早進入大學生活，維護良好的生活習慣。無染髮，服儀依學校規定。
5.新生營活動時程：
115年8月31日起至9月1日開始課程培訓以及新生報到場佈協助。
115年9月2日新生報到，9月3日至9月4日新生訓練活動結束。
(若日期有變動會再通知)
6.115年8月31日起至9月1日給予志工時數，9月2日至9月4日給予工讀金。領取工讀金請配合依規定受職安訓練，操行80分以上外，若為外籍生需要有工作證(若無只能給志工時數)。

Each year in September, many young individuals, driven by their interests and opportunities, join Tzu Chi University as new students. One of the university is cherished traditions is to have enthusiastic upperclassmen, who serve as role models, guide and assist the new students in understanding the campus, dormitories, and student organizations, thereby helping them integrate into university life as quickly as possible.
The selection of first-year class advisors should be done by the students themselves, with a strong desire to serve their peers. The following are the details for the nomination process:
1. **Nomination Quota**: Each class should nominate 1 to 2 class advisors. Ideally, one male and one female advisor per class. If this is not possible, advisors of the same gender may be nominated. For classes with fewer students, only one advisor may be nominated.
2. **Submission Deadline**:
- (1) For the Central and Jie Ren campuses: Class representatives should submit the nomination form (electronic version) to the email address: cagalli@gms.tcu.edu.tw by Friday, June 5, 2026.
- (2) For the Chien Kuo campus: Advisors will be recommended by the homeroom teacher, and the list should be sent to Ms. Sun at the Chien Kuo campus Student Affairs Office: ss290@gms.tcu.edu.tw.
3. **Eligibility Restrictions**: To avoid overlapping responsibilities, students who have already served as dormitory officers for the academic year 115 should not be nominated for this role.
4. **Key Responsibilities of Class Advisors**: Class advisors are expected to serve as exemplary role models for their junior classmates, helping them adjust to university life promptly and maintain good living habits. They must adhere to the university is dress code and avoid any form of dyed hair.
5. **Schedule of the Freshmen Orientation Activities**:
- From August 31 to September 1, 2026: Training sessions and assistance with the orientation event setup.
- September 2, 2026: Freshmen registration day.
- From September 3 to September 4, 2026: Freshmen orientation activities will conclude. (Any changes to the schedule will be communicated separately.)
6. **Volunteer Hours and Stipend**: Volunteer hours will be credited from August 31 to September 1, 2026. A stipend will be provided for participation from September 2 to September 4, 2026. To receive the stipend, participants must complete the required occupational safety training, maintain a conduct score of 80 or above, and, for international students, possess a valid work permit (if not, only volunteer hours will be credited).
