一、各單位如需提出1142學期畢業班獎勵或懲處建議，系統請於115年5月22日（週五）前送案。
二、請師長至新慈濟大學校務資訊>學務處>生活輔導組>獎懲申請系統>申請學生獎懲。

三、請務必按時程系統申請，避免影響畢業班操行成績計算，造成同學權益受損。

**Announcement Regarding the Submission of Graduating Class Awards and Disciplinary Recommendations for the 1142 Semester**
1. All units are required to submit recommendations for awards or disciplinary actions for graduating classes via the system by **Friday, May 22, 2026**.
2. Faculty and staff are requested to access the **New Tzu Chi University Administrative Information System > Student Affairs Office > Student Guidance Section > Awards and Disciplinary Application System** to submit student award or disciplinary recommendations.

3. Please ensure that all applications are submitted on schedule to avoid any impact on the calculation of graduating class conduct grades, which could adversely affect students' rights and interests.
