一、本競賽首度結合國內9家鐵道系統營運機構共同舉辦,旨在
透過跨單位資料整合與公開徵件機制,集結民間、學術界
及產業界之專業視角,共同研議鐵道安全、智慧化營運及
永續發展等關鍵議題,透過參賽團隊所回饋創意,轉化為
輔助各鐵道營運機構之決策,或優化民眾服務體驗等解決
方案,期能有效縮短政策規劃與實際需求間之落差,作為
後續政策精進及服務優化之重要參據。
二、旨揭競賽報名期間為115年5月4日至同年7月31日17時止,
競賽辦法詳競賽網頁(https://www.hackrail.tw),敬請大
部協助轉發各大專院校,鼓勵發揮創意。

**Railway Innovation Competition Announcement**
**I. Purpose of the Competition**
This competition is the first of its kind to unite nine railway operation agencies within Taiwan. The aim is to leverage cross-agency data integration and an open submission mechanism to gather insights from the private sector, academia, and industry. Together, we will address key issues such as railway safety, intelligent operations, and sustainable development. The innovative ideas provided by participating teams will be transformed into solutions that assist railway agencies in decision-making or enhance public service experiences. We hope to effectively bridge the gap between policy planning and actual needs, serving as a crucial reference for future policy improvements and service enhancements.
