說明:
一、本校114學年度畢業典禮將於115年6月6日(週六)舉行，當日外部計畫之同仁未協助畢業典禮
任務者及校外據點(含帶實習教師)上班之人員(例：終身學習中心各分部)得免予上班外，其
餘教職員工均為上班日。
二、凡6月6日（週六）有上班者，6月7日（週日）一律不得加班。
三、一般教師可於預備週期間擇休１日，兼行政職務教師於今年暑假排班期間擇休1日。
四、當日全日出勤之職員工（不含輪值班性質人員），統一於暑假期間調增暑休一日。
五、外部計畫之同仁協助畢業典禮任務者，請另填加班申請，6月6日（週六）加班申請後，6月7
日（週日）一律不得加班。
六、請各單位同仁務必配合學務處規劃，執行當天任務，以利畢業典禮圓滿順利。

The Commencement Ceremony of the 114 Academic Year at Tzu Chi University will be held on Saturday, June 6, 115. On that day, staff members from external projects who are not assisting with the ceremony, as well as personnel from off-campus locations (including those with intern teachers) such as the branches of the Lifelong Learning Center, are exempt from work. All other faculty and staff members are required to work as usual.
Anyone who is scheduled to work on Saturday, June 6, is strictly prohibited from working overtime on Sunday, June 7.
Regular faculty members may choose one day during the preparatory week to take a day off. Faculty members who also hold administrative positions may choose one day off during the summer vacation scheduling period this year.
Staff members who are present for the entire day on June 6 (excluding those on rotating duty) will have one additional day of summer vacation added during the summer break.
Staff members from external projects who are assisting with the Commencement Ceremony should submit an overtime application separately. After submitting an overtime application for June 6 (Saturday), they are strictly prohibited from working overtime on June 7 (Sunday).
All staff members are requested to cooperate with the Student Affairs Office's arrangements and fulfill their assigned tasks on the day of the ceremony to ensure its smooth and successful completion.
