一、為培育本縣影視人才，鼓勵多元短片影像創作形式、主題、影像美學之創新與新媒體應用，並廣邀社會大眾針對具有花蓮元素的故事進行影音創作，特辦理「2026花蓮短片創作獎」，公開徵選適合新媒體（網路、新媒體平台等）傳播與映演之作品。
二、旨揭活動總獎金高達100萬，徵求15分鐘內短片，自115年5 月1日起至115年8月21日開放網路報名（https://forms.gle/f2MHBLaGrH4t6CfL9）。

**Announcement: 2026 Hualien Short Film Creation Award**
To cultivate film and television talent within Hualien County and to encourage innovation in diverse forms, themes, visual aesthetics, and new media applications for short film creation, the Hualien County Government is pleased to announce the **2026 Hualien Short Film Creation Award**. This initiative invites the general public to participate in the creation of audiovisual works featuring stories rooted in Hualien is unique cultural and environmental elements. Submissions should be suitable for dissemination and screening on new media platforms, including the internet and other digital channels.
The total prize fund for this event is NT$1,000,000. Eligible entries are short films of up to 15 minutes in duration. Online registration for the competition will be open from **May 1, 2026, to August 21, 2026**. Interested participants may submit their applications via the following link:
