一、「暑期開班授課辦法」經115年3月19日教務會議修訂通過分類如下：
第一類：於當學年度曾開授之課程，因學生具下列情形者須於暑期開授。
一、必修科目不及格須重修者。
二、轉學、轉系須補修轉入年級前必修科目者。
三、應屆畢業生須重修或補修後，始可畢業者。
四、修習雙主修(學位)、輔系者。
五、符合94年次(含)以後出生就學役男彈性修業專案者。
第二類：因跨領域學分學程、微學程需求，或因計畫執行之必要，或系所課程改革需補修者，
經三級課程委員會審查通過後，得於暑期開授。
二、針對第一類有意願開設114學年度暑期重補修課程之教師，請填妥附件_開課申請表及授課
進度與評量方式，於115/05/29(五)前提送申請至教務處課務組。
三、暑修課程開課人數以15人為原則，課程安排為週一至週五白天，授課時間應平均安排，同一門課於
一日內不超過4節。
四、本學期總成績送交截止日為07/03(五)，為維護學生權益，暑修上課日請規劃於07/06(一)後進行。
**Announcement Regarding Summer Session Course Offerings**
The regulations for summer session course offerings, revised and approved by the Academic Affairs Committee on March 19, 2024, are categorized as follows:
**Category I:** Courses previously offered during the academic year will be provided during the summer session for students who meet the following criteria:
1. Students who failed required courses and need to retake them.
2. Students who transferred or changed departments and require remedial coursework in required subjects for their new program.
3. Graduating students who must retake or complete remedial coursework to be eligible for graduation.
4. Students pursuing double majors, minor programs, or additional degrees.
5. Male students born in or after 1994 who are eligible for the flexible academic program under the education service initiative.
**Category II:** Courses may be offered during the summer session if they are required for interdisciplinary credit programs, micro-credential programs, or due to program implementation needs. Additionally, courses may be offered if departments require remedial coursework due to curriculum reforms, provided they have been reviewed and approved by the three-tiered curriculum committee.
For Category I, instructors who wish to offer remedial or supplementary courses for the 2023 academic year are requested to complete the attached course application form and submit the course schedule and assessment methods to the Academic Affairs Office, Course Management Section, by May 29, 2024.
The minimum enrollment for summer session courses is set at 15 students. Courses will be scheduled from Monday to Friday during daytime hours, with teaching time distributed evenly. No course should exceed four sessions in a single day.
The deadline for submitting final grades for this semester is July 3, 2024. To protect student rights, summer session classes should be scheduled to commence after July 6, 2024.
