壹、活動目的:為鼓勵本校教師積極推動學生參與生涯發展中心等相關職輔活動,幫助學生在學期間瞭解產業動態,整合職涯輔導資源,提升輔導成效,舉辦優良職涯教師評選活動。
貳、優良職涯輔導教師申請資格與審查條件如下:
一、基本資格:凡符合下列資格者,即具有提名為優秀職涯輔導教師獎勵審查資格。
(一)擔任職涯諮詢師、導師、國際生導師一年(含)以上。
(二)投入學生職涯輔導工作有具體績效。
(三)雖非職涯諮詢師、導師、國際生導師,但對學生職涯輔導工作有卓越貢獻,經各系、科、所、中心主管推薦者。
二、評分項目與具體績效評分比:
(一)行政配合度(30%),例:班級UCAN施測率、畢業生流向調查、職涯輔導知能研習參與度、職輔活動推廣及學生履歷自傳完成率等。
(二)職涯輔導補助計畫執行成效(30%),包含教育部青發署、勞動部等計畫申請與執行成效等。
(三)職涯諮詢成效(20%),包含量化、質化成效。
(四)其他特殊貢獻(20%)。
參、獎助名額與相關事項:
一、榮獲114學年優良職涯輔導教師每名給予獎狀及獎勵金,名額至多六名,所需經費由教育部學輔經費、高教深耕計畫或相關計畫經費預算編列。
二、優良職涯輔導教師遴選由慈濟大學生涯發展中心委員會,由學生事務長擔任召集人,當年度優良職涯輔導教師侯選人,不得擔任評審委員。

陸、評選方式:第16週召開慈濟大學生涯發展中心委員會會議評選。 I. Purpose of the Event: To encourage our faculty to actively promote student participation in career guidance activities organized by the Career Development Center and other relevant units, to help students understand industry trends during their studies, to integrate career guidance resources, and to enhance the effectiveness of guidance, we are organizing the Outstanding Career Guidance Teacher Selection Event.
II. Eligibility and Evaluation Criteria for Outstanding Career Guidance Teachers:
1. Basic Eligibility: Any individual meeting the following criteria is eligible for nomination for the Outstanding Career Guidance Teacher Award.
(1) Have served as a career counselor, academic advisor, or international student advisor for one year or more.
(2) Have demonstrated concrete achievements in student career counseling work.
(3) Although not a career counselor, academic advisor, or international student advisor, have made outstanding contributions to student career counseling work and have been recommended by the heads of respective departments, programs, institutes, or centers.
II. Evaluation Categories and Weighting of Specific Performance Criteria:
(1) Administrative Cooperation (30%): Examples include class UCAN testing rates, graduate destination surveys, participation in career counseling training, promotion of career counseling activities, and student resume/personal statement completion rates.
(2) Effectiveness of Career Counseling Grant Program Implementation (30%): Includes the application and implementation outcomes of programs funded by the Ministry of Education is Youth Development Agency, the Ministry of Labor, and other relevant agencies.
(3) Career Counseling Outcomes (20%): Includes both quantitative and qualitative outcomes.
(4) Other Special Contributions (20%).
III. Award Quotas and Related Matters:
1. Each recipient of the “Outstanding Career Counseling Teacher” award for the 114th academic year will be presented with a certificate of merit and a cash award. The maximum number of recipients is six. The required funding will be allocated from the Ministry of Education is student affairs budget, the Higher Education Deepening Program, or the budget of relevant projects.
2. The selection of Outstanding Career Counseling Faculty Members shall be conducted by the Committee of the Career Development Center at Tzu Chi University, with the Dean of Student Affairs serving as the convener. Candidates for the Outstanding Career Counseling Faculty Member award in the current academic year are not eligible to serve as members of the selection committee.
IV. For detailed regulations regarding this award, please refer to the “Tzu Chi University Regulations on the Award for Outstanding Career Counseling Faculty Members.”
V. Application Procedures
1. Application Period: From now until 5:00 PM on Friday, June 5, 2026
II. Applicants are requested to submit both electronic files and stamped hard copies to the Career Development Center of the Office of Student Affairs by the deadline.
