一、依據「第104屆國際合作社節合作事業短影片徵選及繪畫（含四格漫畫）比賽」籌備會議紀錄決議辦理。
二、依據前項籌備會議紀錄-「玖、臨時動議」第二點決議，經內政部提案，請相關兒少社福團體知悉及鼓勵其所轄單位參加比賽。

**Announcement Regarding the 104th International Cooperative Day Short Film and Painting (Including Four-Panel Comics) Competition**
1. This announcement is made in accordance with the resolutions of the preparatory meeting for the "104th International Cooperative Day Short Film and Painting (Including Four-Panel Comics) Competition."
2. Based on the preparatory meeting's resolutions under "IX. Temporary Motions," specifically the second point, and following a proposal from the Ministry of the Interior, we kindly request that relevant child and youth social welfare organizations be informed and encouraged to participate in the competition with their respective units.
3. For further details and downloadable forms, please visit our organization's official website at [http://www.ftpac.org.tw/](http://www.ftpac.org.tw/). We appreciate your assistance in printing and posting the materials on your bulletin boards.
4. Submission Deadline: From the date of this announcement until May 31, 115 (proof of submission will be based on the postmark). Submissions should be sent to the Taiwan Agricultural Cooperatives Union, located at No. 326, Xinghe Road, Wangtian Village, Dazu District, Taichung City, 432, Taiwan.
