一、依據消費者保護法第5條及第17條規定辦理。
二、本部114年海外留遊學契約應記載及不得記載事項契約查核結果，業於本部「海外留遊學資訊萬花筒」網站公告（網址：https://studyabroadinfo.moe.gov.tw/，點選首頁「海外【留學、遊學】安全與權益/業者契約查核結果」）。
三、貴局（府）若欲查閱並下載貴市（縣、市）所轄留遊學服務業者資料，請提供承辦單位名稱及承辦人姓名、公務電子信箱、連絡電話，及辦公地址等資訊，逕寄本部承辦人電子信箱申請網站登入帳號，俟完成帳號開通後，即可登入網站下載本年度契約查核結果資料。
四、另本部亦公告114年未依規定上傳申請查核契約等文件之業者名單，請相關之直轄市政府教育局或縣（市）政府持續加強追蹤輔導，俾其依契約查核作業相關規定辦理。

2.The results of the Ministry is 2025 contract inspection regarding the mandatory and prohibited provisions for overseas study and study tour agreements have been announced on the “Overseas Study Information Hub” website of the Ministry (URL: https://studyabroadinfo.moe.gov.tw/). Please select “Overseas Study/Study Tour Safety and Rights Protection – Contract Inspection Results” on the homepage.
3.If your bureau (or county/city government) wishes to review and download information on overseas study and study tour service providers under your jurisdiction, please provide the name of the responsible unit, the contact person is name, official email address, telephone number, and office address, and send the information directly to the email address of the Ministry is contact person to apply for a website login account. Once the account has been activated, you may log in to the website and download this year is contract inspection results.
4.In addition, the Ministry has also announced the list of service providers that failed to upload the required contracts and related documents for inspection in accordance with regulations in 2025. Relevant municipal education bureaus and county/city governments are requested to continue strengthening follow-up guidance to ensure compliance with the relevant regulations governing contract inspection procedures. |
