各位同仁您好：
為因應本校行政部門工讀人力需求，特辦理115學年度行政部門工讀時數（非教學單位）申請事宜。本次申請旨在協助各行政單位妥善規劃工讀人力，提升校務運作效率。
本次工讀時數申請日期為115年5月4日（一）至115年5月18日（二）。有需求的行政單位，請於上述期間內洽詢相關事宜。
申請流程如下：
1. 有意申請工讀時數之行政單位，請於申請期間內與課外活動指導組聯繫。
2. 聯絡方式：電洽湯定榮同仁，分機22741或11206。
敬請各行政單位於申請期間內完成申請，並配合相關作業流程。

Dear Colleagues,
To address the need for part-time student workers in the administrative departments of our university, we are now accepting applications for the 115 academic year's part-time work hours (non-teaching units). This initiative aims to assist each administrative unit in effectively planning their part-time workforce and enhancing the efficiency of university operations.
The application period for part-time work hours is from May 4, 115 (Wednesday) to May 18, 115 (Thursday). Administrative units with such needs are kindly requested to contact the relevant personnel during this period.
The application process is as follows:
1. Administrative units wishing to apply for part-time work hours should contact the Extracurricular Activities Guidance Section during the application period.
2. Contact method: Please call Mr. Tang Ding-Rong at extension 22741 or 11206.
We kindly request all administrative units to complete their applications within the designated period and to cooperate with the relevant procedures.
