行政院公共工程委員會 - 「行政院公共工程委員會推動學術機構參與花蓮馬太鞍溪堰塞湖災後復原重建工作研究發展補助辦法」，業經本會於中華民國115年4月23日以工程技字第1150007995號令發布，茲檢送發布令影本、法規命令條文、總說明及逐條說明各1份，請查照。
說明：本會依旨揭補助辦法第3條第2項規定，訂定「行政院公共工程委員會補助學術機構參與花蓮馬太鞍溪堰塞湖災後復原重建工作研究發展申請須知」（下稱申請須知）及其附件，併請注意申請須知五、（五）1.關於截止收件時間之規定，以維權益。
