一、旨揭培訓（以下稱校安培訓）115年規劃辦理5梯次，各梯次辦理期程、地點及召訓對象說明如下（均為115年）：
(一)第1梯次：8月17日至21日，假國教院臺中院區辦理，召訓現職軍訓教官及曾任軍訓教官退伍者。
(二)第2梯次：10月12日至23日，假國教院臺中院區辦理，放大專畢業以上學歷者報名。
(三)第3梯次：11月2日至13日，假國教院三峽院區辦理，開放大專畢業以上學歷者報名。
(四)第4梯次：12月7日至18日，假陸軍專科學校辦理，召訓各校現職「先用後訓」校安或學務創新人員。
(五)另有1梯次採試辦方式，訂於7月下旬於南部開辦，召訓各校現職「先用後訓」校安或學務創新人員，該計畫預計於5月18日前另案函發及公告。
二、各校現職「先用後訓」校安或學務創新人員，依學歷（大專畢業）、經歷（曾任軍訓教官）亦得報名各類計畫梯次。各梯次報名及資審作業本部委請文藻外語大學承辦，報名網址：https://csdee.wzu.edu.tw/。
三、請貴單位（校）轉知所屬有意參訓人員並鼓勵報名，俾利高級中等以上學校校安人力遞補及學務創新工作推動。
四、案內計畫已公告於本部校安中心（https://csrc.edu.tw/）及 文藻外語大學網站（同報名網址）。
五、鼓勵有意願同仁報名參加。
一、The aforementioned training program (hereinafter referred to as the School Safety Training) is planned to be conducted in five sessions during the year 2026. The schedule, venue, and target participants for each session are outlined as follows (all sessions are scheduled for the year 2026):
(一) First Session: August 17 to 21, to be held at the Taichung Campus of the National Education Institute, targeting current military instructors and those who have previously served as military instructors and have since retired.
(二) Second Session: October 12 to 23, to be held at the Taichung Campus of the National Education Institute, open to applicants with a college degree or higher.
(三) Third Session: November 2 to 13, to be held at the Sanxia Campus of the National Education Institute, open to applicants with a college degree or higher.
(四) Fourth Session: December 7 to 18, to be held at the Army Specialist School, targeting current "train after appointment" school safety or academic affairs innovation personnel from various institutions.
(五) An additional session will be piloted in the southern region during the latter half of July, targeting current "train after appointment" school safety or academic affairs innovation personnel from various institutions. Details of this session will be announced separately by the Ministry prior to May 18.
二、Current "train after appointment" school safety or academic affairs innovation personnel from various institutions are eligible to apply for any session based on their qualifications (college degree or higher) and experience (previous service as a military instructor). The Ministry has entrusted Wu-Tsai Foreign Language University with the administration of registration and qualification review for each session. The registration website is: https://csdee.wzu.edu.tw/.
三、Please inform your respective personnel who are interested in participating and encourage them to register, in order to facilitate the replenishment of school safety personnel and the advancement of academic affairs innovation in senior high schools and above.
四、The aforementioned program has been announced on the Ministry's School Safety Center website (https://csrc.edu.tw/) and the Wu-Tsai Foreign Language University website (same as the registration website).
