一、本部107年12月3日臺教技(三)字第1070211712號函及108年1月7日臺教高(二)字第1070222450號函(諒達)，請各校發展媒體素養相關新興議題教學資源及開設相關課程內容，先予敘明。
二、配合本部「推動媒體素養教育行動方案」，114學年度委託銘傳大學辦理「高等教育媒體素養課程發展計畫」，旨揭種子教師培訓工作坊，以全國高等教育現場教師為對象，聚焦於人工智慧發展脈絡下，使用者與創作者所面臨之媒體素養挑戰及相關法律議題，並邀請教師分享媒體素養課程教材之開發與教學實踐，做為未來推動大專校院高等教育媒體素養之基礎。
三、成果展暨工作坊辦理時間、地點及報名方式如下：
(一)時間及地點：

(2)、地點：銘傳大學基河校區六樓J605教室(台北市士林區基河路130號)。
2、種子教師培訓工作坊
(1)、時間：115年6月12日。
(2)、地點：銘傳大學基河校區六樓J616會議室。

**Announcement: Workshop on Media Literacy for Higher Education**
**I. Background**
In accordance with the Ministry of Education is Circular No. 1070211712 dated December 3, 2018, and Circular No. 1070222450 dated January 7, 2019, we would like to clarify that the development of teaching resources related to emerging issues in media literacy and the establishment of relevant courses are key priorities for all institutions.
**II. Purpose**
Aligned with the Ministry is “Action Plan for Promoting Media Literacy Education,” the 114 academic year has entrusted Ming Chuan University with the “Development of Media Literacy Courses in Higher Education Project.” The upcoming Seed Teacher Training Workshop aims to address the challenges and legal issues faced by users and creators in the context of artificial intelligence development. It will also provide a platform for teachers to share their experiences in developing media literacy course materials and implementing teaching practices, laying the groundwork for future media literacy initiatives in higher education institutions.
**III. Event Details**
The exhibition and workshop will be held as follows:
