依據：慈濟大學學生會正副會長暨學生議員選舉罷免辦法第六條及第八條
凡本會會員得向選委會登記為學生會會長及學生議員候選人，其資格如下：
(一)德育成績（操行成績）須在75分以上。
(二)前一學期學業成績平均達 60 分（含）以上者。
(三)辦理選舉事務人員則不得申請登記為候選人。
(四)若候選人為應屆畢業生必須向選委會提出繼續修業證明。
(五)其身分為非五專部一年級新生及應屆畢業生。
候選人應由下列兩種方式之一，聯名登記產生：
(一)系學會遴選推薦：由系學會依公開、公平、公正之原則遴選推薦。
(二)連署推薦：由會員五十人以上連署推薦，且連署時依自由意志原則親自簽章
以示負責。(如附件一)

一、申請登記期間：115年5月4日上午8時至5月13日晚上12時止
二、申請登記方法：
請備齊應繳交之資料於登記期限前電郵至選舉委員會負責人信箱：

注意事項：
系學會遴選推薦電子郵件主旨請明確標示「[系所名稱]系學會推薦學生會候選
人」。

候選人政見宣傳期：民國115年5月22日至民國115年5月28日止
投票日期：民國115年5月29日上午8時至下午5時30分止
投票方式： 以校務系統線上投票
開票日：民國115年6月1日下午5時
**Notice of Registration for the Positions of President and Vice President of the Student Council, and Student Council Members at Tzu Chi University**
**Date of Issuance:** May 4, 2026
**Basis:** Article 6 and Article 8 of the Tzu Chi University Student Council President and Vice President, as well as Student Council Member, Election and Recall Regulations.
All members of the Student Council are eligible to register as candidates for the positions of President and Vice President of the Student Council, and Student Council Members, provided they meet the following qualifications:
1. Moral Education Score (Conduct Score) must be 75 or above.
2. Academic performance in the previous semester must have an average score of 60 or above.
3. Individuals who are responsible for election affairs may not register as candidates.
4. If the candidate is a graduating student, they must submit proof of continued enrollment to the Election Committee.
5. The candidate must not be a first-year student of the Five-Year Vocational Program or a graduating student.
Candidates must be nominated through one of the following two methods:
1. **Department Student Council Nomination:** Nominated by the Department Student Council in accordance with the principles of openness, fairness, and impartiality.
2. **Petition Nomination:** Supported by a petition signed by fifty or more members, with each signer affixing their signature in person, in accordance with the principle of free will, to demonstrate responsibility. (See Attachment 1)
**Announcement of Matters:**
1. **Registration Period:** From 8:00 AM on May 4, 2026, to 12:00 AM on May 13, 2026.
2. **Method of Registration:**
Please prepare all required documents and submit them via email to the Election Committee Chairperson is inbox before the registration deadline:

**Note:** For nominations by the Department Student Council, please clearly indicate the subject line of the email as “[Department Name] Department Student Council Nomination for Student Council Candidates.”
3. **Required Documents and Number of Copies:**
(1) Candidate Registration Form – 1 copy (See Attachment 1)
(2) Scanned PDF of the previous semester is academic transcript for candidates for President and Vice President of the Student Council – 1 copy
**Election Schedule:**
- **Candidate Registration:** From 8:00 AM on May 4, 2026, to 12:00 AM on May 13, 2026.
- **Qualification Review and Supplementary Documents:** From May 13, 2026, to May 22, 2026.
- **Candidate Policy Promotion Period:** From May 22, 2026, to May 28, 2026.
- **Voting Date:** From 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM on May 29, 2026.
- **Voting Method:** Online voting via the university is administrative system.
- **Vote Counting Date:** 5:00 PM on June 1, 2026.
