一、本比賽由台灣環境保護聯盟與臺灣大學水工試驗所共同主辦、台灣電力公司東部發電廠協辦。報名自即日起至115年6月13日截止，實體初賽比賽預計分別於7月14日南部場、7月15日中部場及7月17日北部場(暫訂)舉行；所有完成參賽隊員皆頒予由教育部等主辦與指導單位聯合署名之參賽證明或獎狀。

I. This competition is jointly organized by the Taiwan Environmental Protection Alliance and the Hydraulic Engineering Laboratory of National Taiwan University, with the Eastern District Power Plant of Taiwan Power Company as a supporting partner. Registration will commence immediately and conclude on June 13, 115. The preliminary rounds of the competition are tentatively scheduled to be held in three locations: the southern venue on July 14, the central venue on July 15, and the northern venue on July 17. All participating teams will be awarded a certificate of participation or an award certificate jointly signed by the Ministry of Education and other organizing and supervisory bodies.
II. Related activities for the competition, such as a pre-event briefing and a workshop on the design and planning of competition entries, will be provided. Reference materials will also be available for participants.
