一、本計畫以青年為核心，秉持團隊精神及文化推廣理念，提供實踐文化推廣機會，讓青年發揮創意推廣多元文化，包括培育青年執行文化推廣專案活動、青年文化交流活動等，以青年力量推動新北文化朝新世代前進。
二、報名時間及方式：
(一)時間：即日起至115年5月13日24時截止。
(二)方式：一律以個人名義於線上報名系統（https://wceo.regfox.com/ntpcca2026）填妥報名表，並上傳相關表件，供行政團隊審查。

**Announcement: Youth Cultural Promotion Program**
**I. Program Overview**
This initiative centers on youth, upholding the principles of teamwork and cultural promotion. It aims to provide opportunities for youth to practice cultural promotion, enabling them to creatively showcase diverse cultures. The program includes training youth to organize cultural promotion activities and facilitating youth cultural exchange events, leveraging the power of youth to advance New Taipei's cultural landscape into the new generation.
**II. Application Timeline and Method**
(1) **Timeline:** Applications are open until 24:00 on May 13, 2026.
