一、目的:
(一)鼓勵各大專校院學生籌組暑期服務隊,前往全國偏鄉、社區或海外地區從事服務學習,發揮青年關懷社會、熱心服務之精神,培養青年品德與社會責任感。
(二)透過黑客松形式的創新挑戰與團隊合作,激發青年對社會問題的觀察力與解決力,促進創意思維與實務能力的結合,幫助青年找到自身與社會及世界的連結,實現公益與永續目標。
二、指導單位:中國青年救國團
三、主辦單位:救國團愛心急難扶助基金管理委員會
四、提案形式:採「黑客松(Hackathon)」模式,分為「提案構想」、「實作驗證」與「成果評選」三階段辦理,並搭配補助機制支持優選團隊執行。
五、提案主題:「青年行動˙聚愛共好」,走出舒適圈,以實際行動跨區域、跨文化、跨世代來共創美好社會。
六、提案類別:衛生保健、關懷弱勢、偏鄉教育、國際服務、多元文化、地方創生等;跨2項以上類別者,依內容比重認定主要類別。
七、服務日期:115年6月下旬至8月下旬期間擇適當時段辦理,原則上服務天數以每一地點每一梯次以3至8天為宜,以落實服務效果。
八、申請資格:
(一)以大專校院青年為主要提案、規劃與執行者。
(二)每隊6至15人為原則。
(三)隊名統一為:「救國團115年暑期(校名/縣市)學生服務隊」。
九、執行內容(提案須說明):
(一)問題意識與服務或創新目標。
(二)對應之SDGs目標與預期社會影響。
(三)創新作法(可含數位工具、行動方案、課程模組、服務流程設計等)。
(四)暑期辦理或實作規劃(場域、對象、方式)。
十、經費補助原則:
(一)本計畫經費由救國團愛心急難扶助基金補助,採黑客松評選方式,依評選結果核定補助,屬部分補助性質,每隊補助上限原則10萬元。
1.特優:新臺幣8至10萬元(計2隊)。
2.優等:新臺幣5至7萬元(計3隊)。
3.佳作:新臺幣2至4萬元(計10隊)。 **Announcement: Call for Proposals for the Summer Service Hackathon Program**
**I. Purpose:**
(1) To encourage students from higher education institutions to form summer service teams and engage in service-learning activities in rural areas, communities, or overseas. This initiative aims to foster a spirit of youth care for society and enthusiasm for service, while cultivating youth character and a sense of social responsibility.
(2) Through the innovative challenge format of a hackathon and team collaboration, to stimulate youth observation and problem-solving abilities regarding social issues. This will promote the integration of creative thinking and practical skills, helping youth find their connection to society and the world, and achieving public welfare and sustainable development goals.

**IV. Proposal Format:**
The program will be conducted in a "Hackathon" format, consisting of three stages: "Proposal Development," "Implementation and Verification," and "Outcome Selection." Selected teams will be supported by a funding mechanism to execute their projects.
**V. Proposal Theme:**
"Action for Youth: United in Love and Goodness." Step out of your comfort zone and take practical actions to create a better society across regions, cultures, and generations.
**VI. Proposal Categories:**
Healthcare, Care for the Vulnerable, Rural Education, International Service, Multiculturalism, and Local Revitalization. Teams proposing projects that span two or more categories will be classified according to the content's primary focus.
**VII. Service Period:**
The service activities will be conducted during the period from late June to late August of the 115th academic year. The principle is to allocate 3 to 8 days per location and session to ensure effective service delivery.
**VIII. Eligibility:**
(1) Proposals must be primarily developed, planned, and executed by youth from higher education institutions.
(2) Each team should consist of 6 to 15 members.
(3) The team name must be uniformly formatted as: "Youth Salvation Corps 115 Summer (School Name/City) Student Service Team."
**IX. Implementation Details (Proposals must include):**
(1) Awareness of the problem and the service or innovative objectives.
(2) Corresponding Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and the anticipated social impact.
(3) Innovative approaches (may include digital tools, action plans, curriculum modules, or service process designs).
(4) Planning for the summer implementation or execution (location, target audience, and methodology).
**X. Funding Principles:**
(1) The program's funding will be provided by the Youth Salvation Corps Love and Emergency Assistance Fund. Funding will be allocated based on the results of the hackathon selection process. This is a partial funding initiative, with a maximum grant of NT$100,000 per team.
1. Outstanding: NT$80,000 to NT$100,000 (2 teams).
2. Excellent: NT$50,000 to NT$70,000 (3 teams).
3. Merit: NT$20,000 to NT$40,000 (10 teams).
